Why ask? Why not just take a test? Yes of course your boobs are getting bigger. You're gaining weight. Honestly I think your body just needs time to acclimate to not having all those extra hormones. You are fine. It will happen soon if you don't prevent it though. Good luck with everything

Why do I have dreams where my personality is oposite than mine?

Ok 1st of all, not to be rude, but don't give me any answers that say dreams are looking into the future or are what you where in you're past life. I'm atheist and dreams are proven to be doors into the subconscious. Science already figured it out.So Last night in my dreams... my personality was completely flipped! I acted childish, rude, extremely shy (I used to be in high school but not really now). And in my dreams I normally act like who I am and it is freaking me out because I can't make anything out of this! Is it because of some drugs I am taking? idk >..<

I thought you were talking about weed when you said drugs, cuz that would've answered your question

How much do I eat to achieve this goal?

I asked this before but didn't get any serious answers so here I go again... Ive been trying to lose weight and so far I've lost 50lbs. I'm trying to lose 20lb more within 8-9 weeks. At the latest 10. So roughly two months or so. Ive switched up my routine but am unsure of how much to eat with all the activity I do during my workout. My BMR is 1600. Im short. I burn between 1100-1700 calories each time I go to the gym. From 6-9 am, 4 or 5 days a week. Sometimes 3. I do 90 minutes of cardio divided into two sessions, and an hour or so of weight lifting. I really need to drop 20lbs before late september, preferably before mid september. How many calories should I consume daily? Im somewhat and hour glass shape and I have a good bit of muscle under all this fat... Im fairly built. Not sure if that matters or makes a difference. Help please? Serious answers only.... Thanks!

How to Lose Weight by Walking

Recommended Answer:

Eating healthy, getting all vitamins you need per day along with protein and calcium , other important nutrients to stay healthy. I would say that overweight comes from eating an excess amount of calories. I am not a dietician but I would say that you should consume around 2000 calories a day on days you workout and consume around 1500-1700 calories on non-workout days. Cut the sodas and processed debbie cakes. Meal planning is important. Snacks should be quality food not junk food. Aim to eat 3 meals a day with dinner being the smallest meal of the day.

Is Going To a Diet and Weight Loss Clinic the Perfect Solution to Losing Weight?

Recommended Answer:
There''s NO way you''re going to lose 15 lbs. in two weeks. Weight needs to be shed slowly, so it won''t creep back. Losing 2-3 lbs. weekly, is the safe amount to lose. When losing weight, drink a lot of water daily, exercise daily, for at least 30-60 minutes. Eat healthy & try NOT to eat in between meals. If you have to, drink water & eat a small piece of fruit. Do not weigh yourself daily, because weight will fluctuate up & down, thus causing you to become discouraged. Weigh yourself once a week, & do this first thing in the morning, in the buff. That will give you your true weight. Exercise, can be biking, walking, etc. Doing the same type of exercise can become boring, so do the exercises that you look forward to doing. Lose slowly & you''ll do just fine. Good luck!!!!

  • eat at the minimum of 1200 calories make sure you exercise before you eat so your not burning the calories that you ate youll still be burning fat drink 2 16oz bottles of water a day to speed up the fat burning process you dont need to completely eliminate sweets out of your diet but dont go over 30grams of processed sugar a day sugar thats on the nutrition label but not on the ingrediant lable like in juice is natural sugar in you can have just about as much of that as you want its also in fruit in milk make sure you get 2-4 servings of fruit in 3-5 servings of vegtables take a centrum multivitamin eat fried foods once a week

No real question just need to vent about my miscarriage :(?

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 4 years to have another child after our son, after me losing some weight and 3 months of the pill to get my periods back on track i found out in the beginning of march I was pregnant!! We were so happy. Until on our 3rd wedding anniversary i started bleeding and heavy. Like a period. No real "cramping" at all. I went to the hospital the next day and found out i was having a miscarriage.

Now almost a week later still bleeding and my heart is still hurting with many questions still unanswered. As in why? Or will i ever beable to get pregnant or have another child. I never thought this would happen to me.

How to Lose Weight Really Fast in 3 Easy Steps

Recommended Answer:
I never thought it would happen to me either. Especially since my first son was unplanned and we were teenagers!!
My husband and I have been trying for 18 months now for our second child. We finally fell pregnant only to miscarry a week later. I was devastated. I was a complete mess and until the bleeding stopped. It gets easier after that but each day but it is still a little difficult.
If you have any questions about the miscarriage itself it is best to discuss these with your doctor. No one will be able to tell you if you will have another child or not.
If you find that the situation has become overwhelming emotionally then you may need to to a counselor of sorts to help you with your grief.

Wishing you all the best and I really hope you have another child soon. Xx.

  • Sad. :( I just had a miscarriage too. I''ve been wanting another child since my daughter was a baby. She''s 4 now. We started trying in July of last year. I was so excited to find out I was pregnant. Then, devastated to learn I no longer was.

No one can tell you why, and no one can tell you whether or not you''ll have more children. It''s just one of those wait and see things. But good luck to you. :)
  • Well, technically you''ve only been trying for as long as your weight was less, as far as your fertility goes, so try not to get discouraged. I know emotionally it seems like forever.

If you had a m/c, chances are that the baby wasn''t put together right in the first place. However, all babies teach us something, even angel babies. What did you learn from yours?

You should be able to have another child, you''ve already had one, so that greatly increases the likelihood that you''ll have another.

I understand how hard TTC is, it took 2yrs for #1, and 3yrs for #2 for us (needed help for #2). I have been lucky enough not to suffer any m/c (that i''m aware of anyway).

All you can do is take the time to mourn your loss, and to soldier on and keep trying for your little miracle. Good luck!
  • Yes, I know how hard it is and I''m sorry for you. Losing a pregnancy is always sad. I had 4 miscarriages, and it took me 10 years to finally have my two children. I had two miscarriages in the first year, then waited 3 years to fall pregnant with my daughter. Then another 4 years of nothing at all, then I had another 2 miscarriages. I gave up at that point - it was just too hard to keep on trying. I booked in for a tubal ligation - I decided I just wanted to forget all that TTC stuff. And just before I was to have that done, I conceived my son.

You haven''t really be waiting all that long - wait for a couple of months and then try again. Good luck.

What''s the Quickest Way to Lose Weight? - In One Week

Recommended Answer:
You will at first, but you will gain it back and add even more weight after you go back to a normal diet. In other words, don''t do it. It does you no good in the long run. You just need to eat in a healthy way and you will eventually get to where you want to be weight-wise. Quick fixes never work.

  • Hi... liquid diets are not good for u... i know we all saw 50 cent do it but he looked terrible and was starving.... u need a good meal plan... eating right... which means if ur a man ... u need to get the right amount of protein, carbs, and fats. eat 4 times a day... but eat the right stuff... and exercise... i use to be 240 pounds but with the right exercise routine (cardio .. cardio .. cardio) and right diet e.g.

breakfast: 3 egg whites, slice on wholemeal bread, tea/coffee
lunch: chicken breast with veggies and beans
snack: almonds, fat free popcorn, fruit
dinner: salmon with lemon and veg mix

    Exercise routine 4-6 days
    morning run 30-40 mins
    free weights - 30 -40 mins
    ab workout - 20-30 mins

its all about living healthy ... i guarantee that a liquid diet will drain you and have you looking like a pale faced mummy. You put the weight straight back on as soon as you stop the diet. Please try and stay away from it.

Tips for Losing Weight Fast - Burn the Fat or Eat the Muscle?

Recommended Answer:
Well... first off, I''ll attack the idea of "weight." A pound of feathers weighs the same as a pound of lead. I think you''re talking about losing excess body fat, right?

While you''ll have the best luck losing body fat from altering your diet, you can certainly aid your efforts by adding resistance workouts into the mix. How much muscle mass you gain is a matter of intensity as well as genetics, but each pound of muscle you gain raises your resting metabolism so that you burn more calories throughout the day.

Keeping the intensity moderate (choosing a weight that allows for ten to twenty repetitions) will allow for the benefits of resistance training without running much of a risk of building excessive bulk, should it be your goal to reduce body fat and tone muscle tissue. The biggest tool is going to be your diet, however: Focus on eating a balanced diet; eat frequent, small meals; do not eat when simply bored; reduce or eliminate drinking your calories (sodas, sweetened tea, alcoholic drinks); try not to make treats a daily thing.

Quick Weight Loss - How to Lose Weight Quickly

Recommended Answer:
Because you alredy do exercises you should take a look at your diet, maybe it is diet related. What do you usualy eat? Do you eat high calorie foods? Do you eat a lot of ready made dressings, sauces or fatty products? If not do you know what your calorie intake is? I would consider changing your diet into a healthier and more balanced diet, avoid red meats such as cow and pork, eat a lot of vegetables (cooked lightly so they can preserve their vitamins) and boiled rice. Also eat fish and chicken /turkey because even when they have calories they are easily burned and you will not be constantly craving for other foods =) Also cut out the sweets and fried stuff! http://myhealthdiaryhowtoloseweight.blogspot.pt/

  • To help you lose weight you can learn to cook for yourself and your family. How do I get in shape without losing my butt?

My weight fluxuates a lot, so whenever I gain weight, my butt gets really big. When I exercise, I lose my butt instead of losing the fat around my hamstring area. Which, consequently, could make my butt look smaller or my butt probably has more fat than my hamstring area. Either way, what kind of exercises could I do that would firm/raise my butt instead of eliminating it? Thanks!

Three Reasons Why You Should Lose Weight

Squats and lunges are your best bet, they will also help to tone your thighs. And there are many different types. Go on YouTube and look for them and specific to the butt area. :) good luck.

  • omg i recommend Brazilian butt lift, you can find videos online but yeah it works very well & it''ll get that booty into shape! but also it looks easy but its difficult to learn the steps right away but its totally worth it you see results in literally less than a week if you do it at least an hour on a daily basis.
  • When doing treadmill walk on an incline this will lift your butt muscles and make sure you do squats.

Six Simple Ways For You To Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:
Your not overweight, you are at a good weight. Some people at 13 are 95 pounds and it's very bad because they are under weight. You still need 40-60 minutes of activity though so you can...

go for walk (Outside or treadmill)
Go swimming
Kick around a soccer ball or play soccer.

for everyday:
1. take deep breaths
2. start by 10-20 minutes of walking/jogging (outside or on treadmill or in one spot)
3. 10 crunches or sit ups
4. lunges
5. 20 push-ups (Don't force yourself to do lots. build your way up)

You can plan your own routine, do the routines about 5 days a week.

Avoid eating chips, pop (soda), ect. You can have them once and a while but not every day. Make sure your having a healthy breakfast. Get lot's of sleep, it's good to have 8-10 hours of sleep. Have nice long baths in the mornings on weekends, it will help you wake up and get your day going.

  • Do not drink soda.
  • Please don't try to lose weight! At your age, you are still developing muscle mass and you need to eat properly, and play hard to develop those new muscle cells. If you play some baseball or hockey and get lots of exercise, you will have an appetite in keeping with your body requirements. Just be a kid, and don't worry about weight yet! Please!
  • You are not overweight, but if you want to drop a few pounds try to cut out junk food like chips, cookies, etc. Try to eat some protein at each meal like peanut butter, meat, cheese, beans, etc. Apples are a good fruit which fills you up.
  • being that weight at your age is totally fine. your body is still growing so you will go through phases will you will weigh more at certain amount of times. if you eat a lot of candy and that stuff then stop eating that. if you eat alot of fast food, ice cream, sugary stuff that will make you gain weight. just do jumping jacks, and push ups. you don't want to push yourself too much because you're not even overweight as it is. good luck :-)

Weight!someone who knows what they're talking about!NO HATE!?

How Thai Food Can Help You Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:
When I was 250 I hated working out and eating right obviously. I didn't like the gym or working out so I did something that was fun I started skating 2-3 days a week and just adding more activity like taking the stairs and riding my bike. I stopped eating junk candy chips cake cookies pizza etc and stopped eating after 7. I also started fasting every other day and, I lost 115lbs in about 6 or 7 months. I eat 100 calories snacks on Sunday and is a treat. I still skate 2 or 3 days a week and is fun losing the weight made bike riding way easier so therefore more fun. I also eat healthy everyday not fasting but three days a month. Healthy versions of junk isn't so bad.

  • I know what I'm talking about and losing that much weight will take a combination of diet and exercise.
    A good plan would be:

Breakfast: low fat milk on cooked 9-grain cereal (from health food store), mixed with cooked oatmeal and wheat bran. Add some nuts and berries. Drink hot Ovaltine.

Lunch: Egg, tuna or turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with bean or alfalfa sprouts and yogurt w/fruit. If you had meat loaf for dinner, bring a meat loaf sandwich (NO mayo). On cold days, a squatty thermos of hot chili, split peas with ham or beef stew.

Snacks: Fresh (not canned) fruit: banana, orange, apple, kiwi, grapes, peach, nectarine, cherries, pineapple. No chips and nothing ever from a vending machine.

Dinner: salad with white meat chicken and fresh (not canned) veggies: tomatoes, 2 kinds of lettuce, 2 kinds of shredded cabbage, shredded or sliced carrots, alfalfa or bean sprouts, zucchini, hard boiled eggs, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, tofu, cottage cheese...Instead of dressing, squeeze 1/4 tomato over it.

Or homemade bean/vegetable soups; great way to recycle leftovers.

Or omelet: In blender, whip together eggs, tofu, cottage cheese, onions, garlic powder. Cook with mushrooms, chopped tomatoes.

Foods to avoid: junk food, pastries, desserts, sugar, salty foods, syrup (even canned fruit in syrup), peanut butter, fatty/greasy foods (pork, wieners, chops, bacon, salami, pizza), pasta, potatoes, white bread, rice, canned veggies, ice cream, fast food, soda, chips. And of course no tobacco or alcohol in any form. Both of those add wrinkles and destroy your brain. No oil except olive and mac nut. Coffee also rots your brain.

To keep your skin clear, drink water. Veg. juice is good too. But not canned juice (too much sugar.)

Join a gym; they have all the equipment and staff to show you how to use it to get the look you want to achieve. Much cheaper than buying your own equipment. Also hiking, biking, jogging, bowling, swimming, badminton, tennis...

If you lack energy to exercise, take stress B vitamins.
To lose weight, try an appetite suppressant.
  • Just remember, no exercise can substitute a good diet!!!! doesn't matter what you do in the gym if you aren't working hard in the kitchen too.

Six Simple Ways For You To Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:
Sorry for the generally late reply :). Okay to start off, you want to drink as much water as you can. Try for 80oz, it sound like a ton but just 1 bottle before school, 1 during, 1 at lunch,1 after school, and 1 with dinner. at first it'll feel like alot but you'll get used to it. Fat holds water, so if you dont have enough it holds on to it. If you want to loose weight by summer, you need to be determined because excercising can be annoying. Running (I was an awful runner) is amazing. If you can find a running class or a running buddy or maybe just running by yourself, you'll find yourslef loosing a lot of weight. (i know from experience) start by running 1 minute and walking 2 minutes and repeat this 7 times, 2-3 times a week. next go to run 1 walk 1, then run 2 walk 1, then run 3 walk 1, etc. If you dotn want to run look at this video (it'll help you get a flatter stomach) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMKsdwh4pws now on to eating, try to avoid junk food anything like cake and cheetos. dont eat anything but milk or water at least two hours before bed. anything you eat turns to fat. I hope i helped!!

Does drinking water really make a difference to your skin/acne?

So I've been reading a lot about how water helps nourish your skin and whatnot... and I really want to try this out, but I want to make sure first. I've read reviews from a lot of people that say stuff such as it helped clear their skin and how their skin looks so much brighter now. And then I read other reviews saying that it doesn't help at all and it's just a myth. So what should I believe? I'm not looking for a quick fix -- I just want to know if this would work, because then I'm going to start drinking 8 glasses of water everyday for a month... and continue it if it helps.

Have any of you tried just simply drinking more water daily and has it made a difference? Thanks :) x

Lose Weight, No Sweat!

Recommended Answer:
Yes, of course. Water does wonders and it's clear why it does. Our bodies are made up of water, not fully but, a percentage of our bodies is water...look it up on yahoo for the actual number. As we go along through out our days, we lose water so we need more water to hydrate us. If we don't drink enough it starts to affect us, physically and mentally which will make us emotional. The ones who say this isn't true are just ignorant. If you are not healthy, considering you don't get enough water, or out of shape then you should get on a healthier diet and exercise plan because if you don't, when you drink your 8 glasses of water, it will cause you to bloat. If you already have acne you might want to get something for that, water will help but if it doesn't clear it up enough then that's a issue you need to address to a dermatologist. Yes it has made a difference. I always been kind of healthy and very much into skin care. But it was a time in my life I just didn't care about anything, needed a break. I was partying, going out a lot. Not drinking water really. So my skin started breaking out, my urine was darker, I was dehydrated, and gained some weight. Once I started drinking more water, my skin cleared up therefore my urine was way lighter, I had no reason to be dehydrated and I did lose some weight.

  • I've read up on this and found that there's 'no scientific evidence' to support the idea that drinking water makes a difference to your skin.

However drinking water has a lot of other health benefits and i'm sure you'll notice the difference in yourself. Vitamins A, B, C and E are good for the skin as they help keep skin elastic and help prevent age related damage, they also promote the growth of new skin. Not getting enough of this can make your skin dry and scaly.

Instead of drinking 8 glasses of water a day you could substitute a glass or two for orange juice (vitamin C) and milk (vitamin B12 and A). Foods like peanuts, almonds, sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E.

Essential fatty acids in foods like walnuts, salmon and olive oil help keep skin hydrated.

Using sun screen and protecting your skin from harsh elements as well as cleansing and moisturising will also help.

If you really want to have a go at improving your skin and your well being in general it's probably best
to look at your whole diet and make a few small changes to get in some extra vitamins (if you're not already). :)

How can i reach my goal by april?

I am definitely not a math person! Haha. I would like to know how many calories i should burn each day to reach my goal of 100 lbs in april. Sport to lose weight?

I want to lose weight and I plan to join any of these sports activities.. Which one do you guys think is the best for weight loss?

Ok I am going to try out for all these sports and I have a friend who is joining with me hehe. We had a deal to try out all the sport ccas that we are ok with. They are(in order of interest):
1) volleyball
2) badminton
3) track and field
4) table tennis
5) tennis
6) netball
7) touch rugby
8) cycling
9) basketball
10) squash
11) softball
12) biathlon
13) floorball
14) cricket
15) hockey

All th sports will be done 2 times a week and 3 hours each time except track and field which is 3 times a week, 2 hours each time.

Besides doing one sport, should I exercise on my own too? Or is 6 hours of exercise per week enough exercise? My diet would be as follows:
B: a cup of fibre drink (120kcal)
L: an egg, a low calorie home made sandwich, a banana
D: a bowl of broth, a small bowl of veggies, an apple

I'm short so I can't eat a lot. I'm only 5'2

How Thai Food Can Help You Lose Weight

Recommanded Answer:
Volleyball is soo much fun, it is by far my favorite sport-but unless you are on a club team where your coach is giving you workouts, you probably won't lost much weight from participating in it. I would recommend cycling, tennis, and track and field. You get more reps in, more running=using more energy=burning fat

As for your diet, I've been dieting/experimenting and I found that it was annoying to stick to one thing but I educated myself on different types of foods and how each macromolecule (fats, carbs, proteins) effects your body so basically, eat a lot of fiber and salad because salad will help wash you out, just like water. If you want to be more toned along with the sport that you chose, have lots of protein. My mom's friend who is a spin instructor gave me this which may interest you:

7am-1/3c oatmeal with berries and 4 egg whites + 1 women's multivitamin and fish
oil

10am-1/3c brown rice/quinoa and 5oz chicken/fish

1pm-apple or 1/2c 0% Greek yogurt with handful of berries

4pm-protein shake and a scoop of greens or vegetables

7pm-salad with chicken and 1/4 avocado + 1 fish oil

Remember-the key is not to eat as little as you can (according to this diet above or any diet for that matter) the key is to put good stuff in your body and you'll get good stuff out. Yes, you can eat a lot (ik surprising right?!!). I'm not saying to purposely over-eat, but eat enough and don't feel like you need to eat less just because you're short. Just know what to eat at what time. For example, don't eat a bowl of pasta and then sit on the couch watching tv because that pasta will just turn into stored fat. If you are going to have a bowl of pasta, its a good idea to have it before physical activity so you burn it off.

If you stick with a plan of eating better foods (ex: unsaturated fats like fish and avocados and not so much steak and bacon) you'll find that you no longer crave really sugary/salty bad for you snack foods and along with the exercise that you do, you'll be fit in no time!

  • Track and field, tennis, cycling, basketball, softball, and biathlon. If you want long term weight loss though, do what interests you most. You'll stick to it longer. Yes, if it heightens your heart rate, six hours of exercise is enough. And yes that sounds like a good diet. Just beware of processed food.

How does a skinny guy gain weight and muscle mass?

So i just turned 20 on Christmas. im 5'11'' and have weighed 130 lbs since i was 13. i have a super fast metabolism and cannot for the life of me seem to gain ANY weight. I'm very self concious and cant stand myself everytime i look in the mirror. my overall goal is to get to 180-190 lbs, but if i could reach 160 i know i would feel much better about myself.
Is there anyone out there who knows how someone in my situation can put on a good amount of weight? preferably in a short amount of time...
NOTE: This IS NOT the same as an average build or obese person trying to build muscle. i DO workout, i DO eat well, and i also spend 8 hours a day doing heavy lifting at work. i can sit around all day and eat or workout all day and eat. my metabolism WILL NOT let me gain 1 lb.

Lose Weight As You Get Older - Ezine Articles

Recommanded Answer:
It seems that your main problem is that you are not eating enough. You could be eating well but simply not enough since you are lifting heavy at work for such prolonged periods of time. You need to fuel that with a lot of calories if not you will either stall or worse, lose weight in the process. If you are looking to gain weight, you will also need to spend a bit of time seeing if 8 hours of sleep is sufficient for you. When I was in the army, even 8 hours of sleep wasn't enough due to the highly intensive lifestyle I led then. Here are my suggestions on how to get your workout right, your diet to have enough calories to help you gain weight as well as how to sleep well.

In terms of diet, it is important to consider eating a high calorie diet filled with natural food. The foods you should eat more of are bread, pasta, potatoes, biscuits and rice. This will help give you energy to work on the pitch as well as give you the ability to gain weight by making your calorie intake higher than your output. You can also try adding milk into your diet to help you get the protein you need to help you to repair muscles which is the healthy way to gain and maintain weight. I would recommend starting out by drinking 500ml of milk 3 times each day if you are not lactose intolerant. Weigh yourself once every week and see if your weight increase, if not simply drink a 100ml more of milk each time. Once you spot a gain of 1-2 pounds, then it is time to hit the workout room and get proper rest.

The important thing to prime yourself up to gain muscle mass as weight is to sleep well. If you do not rest enough, your muscles and immune system will take a hit and make gaining weight even harder. Even though this may seem simple, it took me a while to get the hang of it and to apply it on a consistent basis. One test I would like you to try is to sleep and wake up by yourself on a day where you have no activities plan ahead. Take note of how many hours you need to sleep and keep repeating that daily in order to ensure that you gain the weight you need as well as keep your immune system strong so that you will not fall sick which will cause you to lose weight.

The last thing is to spot what workout fits you best. So far, I have found the workout at http://gohforth.com extremely good in terms of helping me and my clients to gain weight. I was able to consistently put on a pound a week without suffering much downtime. There were also months I can gain close to 5 pounds which is an extremely big motivation to spur me on to train, sleep and eat properly. Perhaps you could give it a try and see if it changed your life like it did for me.

  • Subscribe to Men's Health Mag. This will give you work out tips and how to put on muscle healthily. Mainly do weight lifting/body weight exercises and drink/eat high protein after doing so. If you feel sore the next day, good! That means your doing something right, but if it is SEVERE then stop and seek a doctor.

  • Your a hard gainer like me, which means you will need to eat more calories than most. For me to pit on ANY muscle I HAVE to eat atleast 3,000 calories a day, sounds like your in the same boat which means you have to work twice as hard as guys who's genetics are better for muscle building. Not only hard work but eating right, like I said 3,000 calories is what I have to eat, no matter what. And they have to be good calories, not just junk! If you want more help email me at: ryancrow813@gmail.com also you'll have to commit to a good workout program!! Email me and I'll go more into depth of what you need, us hard gainers gotta help each other out!

Foods to Lose Weight Healthily

Recommanded Answer:
Eat healthy and I would start walking for about 45 minutes per day. With a good diet and the walking you should start to lose the weight. It may come off quicker at first and then become harder as time goes on. That is when you adjust the exercise portion of your routine to something more. I hope this helps and good luck :-)

  • The fastest way to lose fat and de-bloat (so your stomach looks smaller too) is doing a high-protein, low carb diet. My blog describes this diet (on which I lost 50 lbs during 3 months) in detail.

Fastest Way to Lose Weight

Recommanded Answer:
Believe it or not, you can actually lose weight by getting regularily, at least eight hours sleep nightly; drinking lots of water (8 x 8oz glasses daily) and getting at least 30 minutes brisk walking three or more times a week. Combine that with avoiding junk food, consuming at least three square meals a day, and you will be amazed at the results.
To help with this, consult with your doctor to determine what three "square" meals should consist of.
I did it, and lost a few lbs weekly.
Good luck

How many abs exercise should be done?

Hi. Am 19 years old and am a girl. I have decided to stay fit, lose weight and especially lose belly fat. I have reviewed my diet and my cardio and these are both OK. BUT, I have a question concerning abdominal exercises. i have been working out abs 3 times a week ( Till now, its good, because i learnt that we should NEVER work out abs everyday, or we might overwork muscles; also i dont want to develop muscles, i just want to have a slim belly.)
My question is: The day i am working out my abs, how many abs exercises should be done?
I have been doing 5 abs exercises and for each of them, i do 4 sets of 12. But, my friend told me 5 is too much. Can you plz tell me how many should be done? Please...!!!

Lose Weight, No Sweat!

Recommanded Answer:
Try this:
2 sets crunches, max reps reps in strict form
2 sets situps, max reps in strict form
2 sets the plank, max seconds in strict form
What matters is if you do them right.Dont pay attention to reps, pay attention to form.
8 reps in perfect form are better than 20 reps in bad form.

  • pump your abs pump them nice
  • Do insanity it's way better, you lose weight and you get abs in no time
  • Scooby, from http://scoobysworkshop.com/ , gets his abs by doing crunches, bicycle crunches and side planks, alongside weight training which requires further support.

Tip: When walking, carry a heavy bag and keep your shoulder back. The bag will try to bring you back and down, so to stay upright, your abs must be tense.
