Whats a good diet to lose 10lbs a month?

I want to lose 40lbs in 4 months or less....ive done diets before and always failed...due to lowe self estemm...anyway the best one that worked was a good plain bland diet and colon cleanse im obese so i have to lose wieght i already have heart problems and iim 24.....i have thyroid and hypertension. Among worse physical pain....anyway i have hope and high expectations for this to start today....

Eat healthy and I would start walking for about 45 minutes per day. With a good diet and the walking you should start to lose the weight.
