Believe it or not, you can actually lose weight by getting regularily, at least eight hours sleep nightly; drinking lots of water (8 x 8oz glasses daily) and getting at least 30 minutes brisk walking three or more times a week. Combine that with avoiding junk food, consuming at least three square meals a day, and you will be amazed at the results.
To help with this, consult with your doctor to determine what three "square" meals should consist of.
I did it, and lost a few lbs weekly.

I want to lose weight as quickly as possible. I barely eat and I do exercise but nothings working. please help?
