How do you gain weight?

Hi America, i just want to gain weight im 110lbs 18 years old not a good look n im a female i eat alot and cant gain one pound

How to Create a Meal Plan to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

You don't eat as much as you think. Up the carbohydrate and fat intake, those are the most dense foods calorically. Do that with healthy fats and carbohydrates, this is not permission to go on a McDonald's bender. Then you need to start lifting heavy goddamn weights. Squats, deadlifts, and presses. That should work.

Other Answers:

  • become a coach potato
  • You need to eat large portion at least 6 times a day. 7-8 am = Bread, Eggs, Milk and a Fruit.12 pm = Eat Carbs. Rice, Spaghetti, etc3-4 pm= banana or apple, some fatty food like mc-donalds7pm = Again eat Carbs. Rice, Spaghetti, etc10pm-11pm = Eat carbs but in small quanity than all the other meals. Maybe a bowl of rice and beans or chicken. You also need to eat a lot of meat.
  • you just stop excerising and as much............. and eat just as much. but dont eat takeaways too much cause ull just get unhealthy
  • To gain weight you need to combine protein foods with starchy carbohydrates as indicated below. Good weight gaining combinations are bread, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes combined with meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, nuts or sea food. Peanut butter sandwiches and cheese sandwiches are good weight gaining combinations. The protein in the above combinations will help to gain extra muscles.
  • WORK OUT. I have the SAME exact problem but I'm a guy. I used to be like 110 but went up to 120 after I started crew. Then I quit crew and started lifting and I'm on track to do 130 soon. Since your a girl you should try to tone your muscle. Also if you want to gain weight you should up your calorie intake. For people like us we need to eat lots more than others do. It's not that we can't gain weight it's that we just need to eat more. (I struggle with this too, mainly because it's hard to eat more than 3000 calories without being stuffed).

Although you could just run, you should probably be using a bike or an elliptical rather than running or the treadmill (high impact). Work in the heartrate range of 65% to 85% of (220-age). If you do not have a heart rate monitor, you should buy one. Polar is the best brand. Start of with about 20 min toward the low end of the range and gradually increase until you can do 90 minutes.Do it as often as you can, every day would be great. Do not plan on off days because those will come up anyway. There is no such thing as spot reduction. You can exercise other areas to tone them if you want but weight loss is all over. We have a genetic tendency to gain weight in certain areas but losing it is everywhere and involves all tissue types, not just fat. Bummer but the world is not fair. You could tone your arms with any of the curl machines, triceps extensions, or better the low rowing and bench press machines

What type of whey supplement should I take?

Hi you guys I need some help with healthy weight gain. I'm a 22yr old female and I'm currently 116lbs and 5'7. I think the heaviest I've ever been in my life was maybe 120 or 121. My problem is that I'm extremely thin and I want to put on muscle, I want to cut my abs and arms. One because my arms are tiny and my wrists are really weak, two because abs are sexy, ribs aren't. I use do weight lifting at home every other day for about 4 months with 20-25lbs dumbbells (I was very consistent) I noticed I was a lot stronger but saw few visual results. (In retrospect I think it was because I didn't move the weight up once I got comfortable with it) I did rows, push ups, pull-ups, concentrated curls, hammer curls, dead lifts, planks, and plain sit ups. Should I try a new routine? I have hardly any belly fat, you can see my ribs and hips. I'm not anorexic or bulimic or whatever, I really hate it when people call me that just because I can't gain weight. My dad says I should get into running but I think that's just going to make me lose weight and has nothing to do with my stomach and arms. I've heard doing weighted crunches are good for making people with little to no belly fat abs pop (which is what I want). Regular planks have helped a little bit in toning my upper abs but I'm not seeing results anywhere else on my stomach. My male and female friends my age are into crossfit, mountain climbing, yoga, bike 20 miles, swim 3 miles during lunch and a bunch of other stuff and look like f**king Superman and Wonder Woman and I look like Aqualad :/ I asked them how can I bulk up and they suggested I take whey protein and make sure I get all of my required calories everyday. But my issue with eating so much is that I feel tired and queasy, whereas normally I can eat 2 meals a day and be just fine. How can I MAKE myself eat all of my required calories? Does this mean I have to eat junk food? I've never been a fast food person growing up, I stay away from sodas and usually eat regular home cooked meals and drink a lot of tea a juice. But do these whey supplements really help? Since I'm a female is there a specific one I should take that I can maybe buy at Walmart (I went into GNC the other day and this guy arm wrestled me into buying a mass gainer for f**cking $48...kinda scared to try it). Anyway basically what I'm asking is what do I do for my arms, abs, and diet? I just want to bulk up, get stronger, and not look like such a wimp. Please don't be rude, I just need some advice. Thanks a bunch :)

How to Lose Stomach Weight Fast

Recommended Answer:

Most people would be jealous of your concern :), and I'm sure you look prefect just the way you are, haha.First off I think it's great that you are staying away from junk food, and I don't suggest you to try them at any point. It sounds like you are doing a lot of weight training (which I heard are for muscle growth). I'm not an expert in body training, but I can help you with food. Protein supplements do tend to help, however it is advice to eat food naturally with high protein, such as egg whites, meat, or milk. Unnatural supplement may contain a lot of excipients, such as excessive sugar or random chemicals that could possibly mess up your healthy habit. I feel they are really for people who are hardcore body trainers. Normally when people exercise more, they tend to eat more, especially for cardio exercises such as running, I think you shouldn't be scared to try it out. Stop if it doesn't increase your appetite. Personally I gained a lot of weight when I tried running, so I had to stay away from it :). Another thing you could try is to visit a nutritionist. It is possible that you could be experiencing some physical problem preventing you from absorbing all the nutrients that are being consumed.I hope you get to where you want soon!

  • Best whey supplement ,whey protein (for me) if you want to gain muscles you have to cut down fatty food and eat baked stuff .and train with light weights not that heavy because you dont want that huge arms and chest,so lift a weight of which you can do 12 to 15 reps,do burpees and other physical excersise also ,for good ribs i would say push ups and bench press would be fine, and dont forget cardio ...

How can i get my kitten to gain weight?

My kitten is 8-9 weeks old she is a chocolate point Siamese and she is a little under weight we got her two weeks ago and dont know alot about her but we feed her wet food in morning and dry rest of day and i want her to gain a little weight

How to Cleanse My Colon and Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

Feed him 2 times a day only wet food. Not sure about such a young kitten, maybe three times a day. Dry food is very bad for cats because unlike dogs they don't drink much and later in his life he might have problems with his bladder or kidneys. Anyway, it's always better if a cat is underweight then overweight.

Other Answers:

  • Siamese tend to be skinny. I agree with the other answer. Your kitten is too young for dry food. Increase her feedings to 3 times a day. If she leaves a lot of food at each feeding, go back to twice a day but kittens have tiny stomachs and they need to eat more then twice a day.

I exercise everyday in my gym doing bike for 30 mins, treadmill for 30 mins and airwalker for 10 mins...I also lift weights, skip rope and do 100 jumping jacks...(I do all this everday)
I seem not to be moving down for weight...I keep the same weight each week when I check. This is getting me so frustrated! Is there anything I can do?

Rapid Weight Loss Sucks - Why Losing Weight Fast Doesn''t Work and What You Can Do About It

Recommended Answer:
Good start. I do have some recommendations, though.

Eat 3+ meals a day, and make each meal smaller. When you just have two meals, your body tends to store more.

Make sure the diet stays balanced. Don''t cut out all fats, especially leaving in some good fat (such as olive or fish oil). Try to stay in the 2000 calorie range, or perhaps even 2500 with that workout. You don''t want to lose the weight too fast, or it tends to gain back just as fast.

Regarding your stomach, you could replace some of that cardio workout with calisthenics, such as crunches. Also, what type of weight training are you doing? Not all training regimens target the stomach.

There are several ''walls'' along the way, as your body readjusts and fights to not lose more weight. Perhaps you are hitting one early? Just be patient, it breaks down soon enough.

  • Diet and exercise! No healthier way
  • Stop weighting yourself. Once a month is enough.
You are 14 so be careful not to blow out your adrenals.
•Create a Comprehensive Plan for yourself.
    • Get a Moleskin Wellness Journal. Keep track of your daily activity.
•Don''t over exercise, you have to let your body adjust and react.
•make sure you are working with your caregiver and surround yourself with people who want your success.
•Dovetail The Mediterranean Diet and Weight Watcher''s Points System. Do Not skip meals.
•Get "Creative Visualization and create a Vision Map of what you want your life to be like once you meet your goal.
•Remember you still have to make a life for yourself once the weight is off.

How many calories do you have to eat to avoid starvation mode?

male. 73 inches. 204 pounds.

Is There an Easy Way to Lose Weight?

Recommended Answer:
About 1200 calories a day.

To lose weight, you need to eat 500+ calories less that what you would need to maintain your current weight. Say you need 2200 calories a day to maintain your current weight. That means because you need to eat at least 500 calories less, you can still eat up to 1700 calories and lose weight. Obviously, the less calories you eat, the more weight you will lose, as long as you don''t go into starvation mode. For this scenario, the minimum amount of calories you could eat to lose weight would be 1200, and the maximum should be 1700.

The reason you should eat no less than 1200 calories is that is hard for your body to receive adequate nutrition from anything below that, and starvation mode will slow down your metabolism and make you lose weight slower.

  • ive heard its 1200
  • Don''t starve yourself, anything less is the work of the devil.

Does dieting make you lose weight just in the stomach?

Does going on a diet make you lost weight in the face, legs, arms or just in the stomach area?

Running For Weight Loss - How Quick Should I Lose Weight?

Recommended Answer:
No. Dieting causes you to lose weight all over. But not necessarily in proportion. So if you have a big butt and a big gut, you may lose more gut than butt. Or maybe thigh, even if you don't really need to. It's not very controllable, even with exercise. Which, by the way, you don't need to do to lose weight. You should exercise, but it's mainly for all over health and not weight loss. It takes a lot of exercise to burn calories. Most people don't have that much time available to devote to it.

  • Well nobody goes on a diet without excersise. Who "just" diets? Yes, walking is excersise. Things you do in everyday life is excersise. Walking to find remote or carrying the laundry. You lose fat from legs and stomach. Thighs mostly. :)

Quit smoking for a whole month, now NEED to loose weight?

I am about 10kg overweight, but I have quit smoking for over a month now :) Still I'm taking the nicabate mint lozenges.

I need to loose weight now, and I want to do an exercise that doesn't need concentration as I like to listen to music while exercising and dream about rather than running in the outside etc to watch out for cars.

I haven't been eating healthier lately, but doing that too and not eating after 5pm also (but a healthy breakfast and lunch with fruit and veggies inbetween).

Can someone help me with this? Also something that I can do at home would be great as I don't want to join a gym.

WOOHOOO!!!! I QUIT A MONTH AGO TO ! EVEN IF I DONT KNOW YOU CONGRATULATIONS ! i know after you smoke you replace it with eating for every cigarette and doesn't it suck?! now i replace every stress and cig craving with a workout. Joining the gym is POINTLESS ! trust me until your at the weight your satisfied in then dont go. Once you are go to get toned and you say now you dont want a workout that takes alot of concentration but little do you know once you've worked out for a 1 week or 2 you'll wanna push yourself to something different and more that does take concentration like swimming in an indoors pool running WITH HEADPHONES and watching for cars. Plus you need to put the work to look good ;) trust me ! I was sooo over weight and now I push people to workout with me I feel so good now. My opinion though go on youtube.com and search insanity workout day 1 and do all of those its just running but im letting you know now it is going to kick your butt not really concentration just letting you know as the workout routine ends you have to go faster and faster until its time to stop and take a rest good luck god bless and do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The best strategy is a combination of calorie reduction and exercise; fairly simple.
The best form of exercise for the purpose of loosing weight is aerobic or "cardio" work; exercise that gets your heart rate elevated into the working zone and maintains it there for the desired period.
    There are lots of choices...
If you don't want to dodge cars outside... Then consider a stationary bike or treadmill. Efficient if boring. You can "dial in" the amount of effort and if you stick with it they can be quite effective.

Also, various forms of "aerobic" exercise... The currently-popular "Zumba" thing is just yet another form of the "heavyhands" exercise program developed by Dr. Schwartz many years ago.
Aerobic exercise with light hand-weights... Done to music.
Richard Simmons isn't bad... I've watched some of his programs and there is nothing there that will hurt you... He may be a little over the top but his exercise physiology is sound.

Drinking protein before bed?

So I'm really skinny and need to gain weight/muscle. And i know to drink a shake before & after a workout, but my friend said to drink one before bed too, and i don't know if that's really correct or will help. So what are the best times to drink protein, and should i drink them everyday?

Six Simple Ways For You To Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:
I agree with Antwon. You should be looking for a more complex protein source if you are looking to repair your muscles in your sleep. However, this does not need to come from a protein supplement. You can also do it by drinking milk. However, you will also need a high calorie diet throughout the day, sleep enough every day as well as do the right workout.

In terms of diet, you need to consume way more calories than you are eating right now. This does not mean junk food or fast food 24/7, but rather eating more meals which you have to plan to have more carbohydrates. My practice is to eat 3 meals a day and drink milk 3 times a day. This will ensure that you remain healthy with the benefits of protein to build muscles, calcium to provide strong skeletal structure and also enough calories to be used as a meal easily. The best thing is still to eat home cooked meals which you carefully planned out weeks in advance, but for now why not give this a try and watch the scale go up by 1-2 pounds first? My suggestion is to start by measuring your weight now. Once you have taken note of your weight, take note of the day and time when you do so because this will become the habit for you to do on a consistent basis every week to ensure that you are consuming the right diet. Once you have done that, start by drinking 500ml of milk 3 times a day first. If after a week you still do not gain weight, simply drink an additional 100ml of milk each time. Keep increasing the amount by 100ml each time until you gain 1-2pounds. Once you are there, you are ready for step 2 and 3 which is to workout and sleep well.

In order to gain muscle mass to give you more weight, you need to do an exercise which stimulates a lot of muscles so that you can produce the most growth. You will also need to do a high intensity workout which will cause the muscles to need a lot of energy fast in order to get muscle mass. One guide which does this very well is called the real natural guide to gain weight at http://gohforth.com. I found it a few years ago and have been using/teaching it since. It has not failed me so I'm certain it will produce the same results for you as it meets all the criteria of a good workout to gain muscle mass.

Lastly, sleep is the tip which is often left out. If you do not sleep well or have interrupted sleep pattern, chances are you are going to burn more calories. Coupled with your high metabolism rate and your body's need to use nutrients to repair your muscles, you will lose weight rather than gain it. A good tip I use in the past until now is to sleep and wake up by myself. This means you do not fall asleep with alcohol or sleeping pills. Similarly, you have to wake up yourself rather than be sounded awake by the alarm or the sunlight spilling into your room. I did this on the weekend so that I know the hours I need and simply replicate it everyday and my weight did go up. Remember that weight gain is a long process and you should be looking to gain around 1 pound of muscle a week, any guide out there which promises more is lying or making you gain more fat than muscles.

  • Stick to a healthy diet, or you'll regret it.

I'm no professional, but here are a few tips:

-Drink LOTS of water. No fuzzy drinks, or even juices, since they contain lots of sugar. I'd say you can allow yourself to drink juices for breakfast only.
Also, drink Green Tea, it quickens your metabolism.

-Eat a big, healthy breakfast. The more you fill yourself up in the morning, the less you'll feel the need to eat later on. Also, you're bound to lose the weight you've gained in the morning rather than at night since I doubt you do any physical activity at that time.

-Exercise. It sucks, but a food diet won't work unless you exercise a lot. No, you don't need a membership at the gym. Set yourself goals. Walk up and down your staircase a certain number of times everyday, or do 100 jumping jacks, push-ups, pull-ups, whatever you're capable of doing. Go for a jog.

-Cut down your portions. No taking seconds, make sure you fill your plate with a regular amount of food. Once you're full, stop eating. The kids in Africa will not be able to eat the food off your plate if you didn't finish it anyways.

-This one's obvious, but watch what you eat. No candy, no cake, cupcakes, cookies, chips, whatever. Dark chocolate is okay but don't consume too much.

-Make your own lunches. Try not to eat out. Whatever you make yourself is bound to healthier and less caloric.

-Don't give into peer pressure! If your friends decide they want a double bacon cheeseburger for lunch that does not mean you need to have one too.

These are the only things I can think of from the top of my head right now. Take in account all these factors and it may just help improve your weight and your health. :)

I know this will sound weird...but I just make a playlist of songs and go into large area of space in my house and just dance. Crazy dance like you would at a bar lol. If doesn't have to be a choreographed dance, unless you wanted to make one. Dancing burns calories fast and is a great way to use most of your muscles. I do this for about 30minutes-1 hour a day or every 2 days. Also, Just Dance, Zumba Fitness and Wii Fit for any gaming system (wii, x box, playstation).I all recommend. Only wii fit is only for wii. All fun and help you lose weight fast!

  • Make fun music mixes! I bribe myself to go to the gym with new ipod music.
Try listening to a genre you don't usually listen to- maybe hip-hop or R&B cause it has good beats, especially the faster songs, or do some dubstep! I saw on iTunes the other day that there was a whole album of "runner music" that was really cool dubstep mixes!

Simple Tips To Lose Weight And Burn Calories

You're about 15-20 lbs underweight. You could drink protein powder-banana-yogurt shakes between meals to gain weight. Or not.

Women gain as they age, especially after having babies. So, by being thin now, you're way ahead of all the others who will gain too much weight and become lethargic couch potatoes.

  • your too tiny. im 16 im 5'8 im not fat or have any fat and im 146 lbs, eat some chocolate deary.
  • I hate how I keep reading people who are at my dream weight! I'm over here all 5'1 and I wanna be 5'7 and I will never be it! :( You're lucky.

How long until I start losing weight?

Im going to the gym four times and week and spending 30 minutes on the elliptical, 25 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on a rowing machine. I have also cut my calories down to about 1300, eating mostly veggies and fruits and have been drinking only water. In edition to this I have been taking the stairs up to my apartment (I live on the ninth floor) and doing a few calisthenics before I go to bed (nothing too fancy). I have been doing this for about a week and a half and I was wondering when I can start to expect results? I am an 18 year old girl if that helps.

Lose Weight, No Sweat!

Recommanded Answer:
It will take a few months before you start seeing changes. And don't be surprised if you actually gain weight for a little while, your body will retain more fluids to keep up with your exercise, it's completely normal. Just make sure you are keeping your routine very enjoyable, otherwise the brain won't allow the habit and you'll become another statistical drop-out. Take breaks whenever needed, and two days a week of rest. Think about the long term, you are still very young and at a great age to start a life-long pursuit of health and happiness. Just be patient and you'll be rewarded with so many benefits ( some you might not notice) like better sleep, energy, breathing, endurance, strength, moods, etc.) Keep up the good work! And have fun!

  • dont you mean a 18 year old FAT girl. Get your post right please.
  • eat normal food, dont nibble on fruit and veg because you'll gain weight that way! eat normal but small portions, eat butter, high fats etc. but little of it? eat your mums food, it'll be better for you
  • You will not gain wieght if you eat fruit eat healthy no more fats foods
  • It diesnt matter if ur training liek a mad person u gota be patience train and eat good

U need to fully quit ur fatty junk foods ur sugary foods and stock to healthy foods and healthy snacks

  • I've reported Charlie for personal abuse.

It sounds to me like you are probably putting on about as much muscle as you are losing weight. With that much exercise you may not have enough calories on your plate to keep your body at a high metabolic rate.

Try the 5:2 fast diet instead. Eat normally 5 days a week (2000 cals) but just eat 500 calories on 2 days a week. I would recommend you don't exercise heavily those 2 days.

Google for the fast diet. There's a lot of interest in it at the moment. I've lost 30 pounds in 22 weeks with it - without the extra exercise - but I'm doing a 4:3 diet, eating normally 4 days a week and fasting Mon, Weds and Fri. It has a lot of benefits beyond weight loss. My cholesterol has dropped a LOT and I feel much happier.

The great thing about the fast diet is that you still get to eat normal food - and you control when you diet rather than the diet controlling your life all the time.
  • Well assuming you only need 2000 calories a day, then your at a 700 calorie deficit. There are 3000 calories in a pound of fat, so in 4.25 days you'll lose a pound of fat. With vigorous and hard exercise maybe your at 2300 Make sure your eating enough protein, like 60 grams a day. There are some problems with this though. One if your eating more fiber you might have bloating/back up at first, causing you to gain feces. Also it's possible with your decrease in food, and increase in working out, you've consumed more water. It's easily to consume a couple pounds of water, since many people are dehydrated often. If that's the case then it might have 3 pounds of not fat, which means that you might have to wait 16 days to lose a pound.

This is fairly high calorie restriction, you need to be certain your getting enough fat, protein and vitamins if this is going to go for long term. Also exercise is best for weight control long term, not short term weight loss, so don't be disappointed when you don't see results fast. Many people who do exercise vigorously, will be less likely to eat as much junk food, and can help you from gaining weight. More important in the long term is continuing the exercise, and with less concern on calorie restriction. Think in the long term, not short term, and in a year, you'll see result, if your diligent. 115 calories a day, over a year is over 12 pounds. And a year will go by fast.

Also please don't go overboard on weight loss. Guys don't like stick figures. Fashion models are not hot, they are bony with no curves, no butt or boobs. They are basically living clothes racks, not sexy. Almost every guy will think your sexier at a bmi of 19, rather than 17 or 16. And of course you can be sexy at a bmi of 25 too. Guys care more about how you look with your clothes off, then your clothes on. Try to get a naturally feminine figure, not a skinny figure that looks like a preteen boy.

Is 30 minutes twice a day on the elliptical too much

I just bought a precor 5.31 and want to lose 60 lbs. Is 30 minutes twice a day too much? How fast will I lose if I'm eating low carb and doing this?

Lose Weight, No Sweat!

Recommanded Answer:
It's too much. Too much cardio is bad for you. It just burns off your muscle tissue. The key to losing weight is cutting calories. Start with 1500 cals a day, track your cals on fitday.com Do cardio 3 days a week and pump iron three days a week. The easiest program to follow is the Body for Life Program by Bill Phillips. He recommends 20 minutes of cardio x a week but 30 is okay once a day. If the lifting is too much just cut it down to what you can comfortable handle. Figure on losing 1-2 lbs a week, that's doing good, if you lose more, you're just burning off muscle which you don't want to do.

  • No, that isn't too much. You do need to rest at least one day per week though.

Its hard to answer this: How hard are you pushing? Whats your weight/height? Machines usually have a number of calories burnt on display to give you a rough idea.
  • i would say if you feel like your nights rest is reviving you than no. if you are feeling like you have less stamina in general, than maybe. if you are over 250lbs i would say you should take it slow though. i have the opinion that it is very stressful on the body for people around 300lbs to be doing very much all at once. think of it as a bell curve graph, in other words, the more weight you loose, the more exercise you should be able to do safely. at first though, the circulatory system really strains. but no, if you are at a lower weight, i would not worry.
  • Prob not, unless youre pushing yourself super hard!
Its hard to tell how fast youll lose weight without knowing your stats, calorie intake and approx number of calories burned through exercise
  • No that is fine to do. You just have to make sure that you also consume enough food with carbs so you can have energy for when you work out. Proteins are also good to have, but i usually do that after my workouts. AND HYDRATE :D

How long should I do the juice fast for?

I want to do the juice fast, partly to lose weight, but mainly to regain my energy. How long should I do it for?! I'm 15 if that helps!

Lose Weight As You Get Older - Ezine Articles

Recommanded Answer:
For a beginner it's best to do a short juice fast. Perhaps 1-5 days to begin with. The longer the fast the more effective it will be but you don't want to go too long at first. Make sure you understand juice fasting and don't attempt to juice fast without consulting with your doctor first. Evenutally you may want to juice for a longer time. Because you are quite young you shouldn't have to juice fast for a long time to feel the benefit. after trying 1-5 days you can move on to 7-14 days provided everything goes okay the first time.

  • Some people do it for 3 days, or a week or two. Extremists do it for 30-40 days.

Weight loss tips for someone who loves to eat?

I'm 17 years old and I need tips on losing weight. I have tried excercising but it doesn't work because I love to eat. I'm 5'7 and weigh 135. Doctors say my bmi is perfect but I still feel like I could lose some weight. I have emotional issues that make me a down-right food addict. Please help!

Recommanded Answer:
im 5'7 and 17 too i know how you feel when i was 135 i still wanted to lose weight and it is hard, and its good that you love to eat. and what helps me is to find a lot of recipes that have your favorite food for example i love peanut butter so i find recipes that have peanut butter. and once a week i have a night where i eat junk food like crazy but only one night! and build muscle for sure that that helps burn fat. i have a wide-ish frame and everything ive done has worked for me so far cause im down to about 124. need any tips just ask

  • awwwww you like eating. grow a pair. if you want to lose weight exercise and eat WELL. be dedicated. without that you'll barely lose.

the following isnt my answer...Trust me, gaining weight is very simple but losing weight is somehow complicated. I tried many times to lose weight but I used to fail on the way. What I forgot was weight loss is not only about exercising, but it's also about your mindset, dieting, motivation and the list goes on. I tried to do the dieting and exercising by my own but that didn't help me at all. Most at times, I would lose motivation and stop and at times I would not stick to the dieting and everything was a mess.

This went on and on till I was very determined to lose weight and get in shape.
I had a reliable source of dieting routine ,motivation, exercising routine, reminder notes and a lot. But trust me, you can't lose weight if you don't live a discipline life which will help you lose weight.
To lose weight, you have to drink a lot of water, run a lot and minimize your calories intake. I have substituted soft drinks with water; I drink water whenever I feel like drinking soda. Whenever I feel hungry, I drink water first to see if it can satiate my hunger. Avoid the habit of going to bed immediately after eating. Walk around to feel that the food you've eaten has digested before you should go to bed. In addition, you shouldn't nor drink too much sweet or sugary food. In my case since I wanted to lose weight badly, I stopped eating and drinking sugary foods and drinks. I included a lot of vegetables in my food and ate a lot of fruits.

I was able to lose weight and competed in the fitness model contest. And though I didn't attain the position I wanted to in the contest, I'm currently following the weight loss program strictly and I hope to win it this time.
  • If your going to over eat you gotta exercise, if your going to eat right you don't gotta exercise. One or the other you gotta do. I dropped 65lbs and counting just by changing what and how much I eat, I never exercise besides what I do at work.
  • It's okay, you can just eat. But my advice, do reduce your fat intake (fries, chicken and so forth).
Exercise alone won't enough. People always though they could get the best shape with exercise.

They were totally WRONG if the practice missing the main secret ingredient of success: CONSISTENCY (which really hard to maintain for most of the people).
  • you DONT want to excercise, but you love to eat?? really...?
you can lose weight with focusing more on diet or excercise, but serously..if you are gonna eat then you HAVE to workout. its the only way...you need to prioritize. which is more important to you and which is easier, limiting your eating or making yourself workout?
