weight loss. what am i doin wrong?

i weigh 342. i go to the gym regularly. i spend 30 min on the elliptical or treadmill then a hour weight training. my diet consists of 1/4 cup mixed nuts for breakfast. 9am protein shake. 1pm protein shake. supper is a lean meat(baked chicken or fish or pork chop) with some kinda veggie. my carbs i keep under 100 grams a day. protein i take in about 200g a day. fat is normally bout 40g a day. it is not like i am seeing enough muscle growth to say the old cliche muscle weighs more than fat. i am still wearing the same pants size. it has been about 3 months- no change in weight. i know the protein is high but trying to lose as little mass as i can.1/4 cup mixed nuts 170 calories. protein shakes are 170 each. then whatever 1/2 pound of chicken and cup of mixed veggies. so i would guess less than 2000 calories a day which is way under the calorie intake that it supposedly takes for me to stay the same weight

OK why do I binge eat then diet then binge?

Well it''s not binge eating as such it''s more confusing than that. OK my B.M.I is 24.3 well within the healthy range. 5feet 10 inches 170pounds. Or around 78.6 Kilos approx. I Eat what I like normally chocolate Crisps Pepsi, all the bad stuff. I eat until I have trouble fastening my shoes. Yep I Know weird. When I get that large I switch to a fish and rice diet white/Brown water instead of coke. Every meal I have is grilled I only eat cheese once a week grated on toast. The diet change doesn''t bother me and along with a walk after my tea I can lose around 10 pounds in 2 weeks I normally drop 20 pounds, when I am on a kick. It''s incredibly easy for me to lose weight, I know it isn''t for everyone but for me it is. My question I guess is why when I lose weight, do I then stuff myself and stop the exercise only to pile it back on within weeks and repeat the whole cycle. I am not body conscious I''m comfortable in my own skin when I need to change I do.   • I have lost over 120 pounds since Feb 2012 by working hard at nutrition and excercise. There are many things that can be done without going to a gym - if you do go to one, pick a good time and stick to it. How about before going to work - 7am or in evening. Even if I do not feel like it, I still excercise and when in your system, feel better, more energized and it helps with insomnia.
    Take the stairs, dance around your room, use the wall to do squats or a chair. Just walk walk walk and since you take a bus, get off a couple of stops before your stop.
