How to tone my legs and not eat?

Before you start about the whole "not eating is a bad idea", I was anorexic and bulimic for 1.5 years. I am recovered and do not want to fall back into old habits. Hear me out.

I''m 14-years-old, 5''7, and weigh around 115. I know I am not "underweight" or "overweight". In fact, my BMI 17.6 (last time I checked), and that''s 0.9 away from being considered "underweight". I''m content with my actual weight at the moment, I just want to tone and stuff. I hate my figure.
I want to mainly focus on toning my legs. My thigh are huge and nasty and jiggle when I walk. They squeeze together when I sit. I have a small thigh-gap, but that baby''s there.<3 AND I want to flatted my stomach. I have a "pooch" or a small "roll" or "flab" and it''d be nice if that thing would disappear.

I''m supposed to consume 1200 a day. To keep weight off, I made that 925 for now. I do yoga (15th day, once a day, 20 mins). I exercise, per se, a tiny bit. Not big on muscle building.
Hod do I stop myself from eating more then my goal? Remember, I don''t wanna lose weight, I wanna keep it off. If I was losing weight I wouldn''t eat at all AND I''d burn more cals than I ate. I just want to keep it off.

I kno you said don''t say anything about not eating, but not eating will just hold on to that fat your trying to lose. Your body thinks " oh no I''m starving!" And goes into survival mode by saving up all the fat it can and turning any muscel into fat. Also remember you might gain a few pounds because muscle weighs more than fat does.also about the calories.... it doesn''t really matter how many you eat, its what your eating. Think about it this way: if you eat 1200 calories worth of junk food v.s eating 1200 calories worth of healthy things like fruit, your going to get two completely different results. So you can eat a little more, just make it healthy and the fat will be gone in no time! I''m 13 and 5''5 and around 120 but its muscle. Not nasty looking bulging muscle but the nice kind you can''t see. I''m still pretty thin though and am working on losing the little pudge I have. I''ve lost a lot though and trust me when I say I kno my stuff cuz I do more research than the fbi and a desperate mom combined when I wanna kno something

  • If you want to tone, you''ll have to have the recommended number of calories a day, or even more, focusing on protein. Chocolate milk is a miracle drink after an exercise. Yoga is a good start, but twenty minutes a day can be negligible. But, I don''t know you well enough. You should give your doctor a call, he''ll be happy to help.
  • Actually underweight is anything under 18.5.
