how to lose weight by binge eating?!?!?!?

i want to start binge eating to lose weight. i know its unhealthy but i dont care so please dont try to change my mind. i am prescribed adderall which curbs my appetite already so it will be easy for me. i only want to eat like every 2-3 days. im 195lbs and i want to get down to 100. 2 years ago i was 100lbs and i got so fat and im miserable. so i would like to lose the weight. are there any tips or anything to keep me from passing out and stuff? personal experiences, good and bad? tips to help speed up the weight loss while binging? anything? thanks
