30 pounds in 20 days?? Help please?

Okay so I don't have a weight scale or anything. So I can't find out how much I weigh. I only find out when I go to the doctor. But anyways, I'm trying to lose 30 pounds in 20 days. I need help. I need excercises routines and a diet plan. Please help!! I will give 5 stars to best answer. I need the whole work out routine and the entire diet plan. I don't care if its the same diet plan and the same work out routine every day. Did anybody do this and successfully achieve this? And please don't tell me it's unhealthy. Please any advice?
