How to Lose Weight and Keep it Off - Don''t Read This If You Aren''t Serious About Losing Weight

If you are talking about a healthy weight, health website would be a good place to look. However you do not need to weigh a certain amount, it''s whatever you are comfortable with.
If you want to lose a bit of weight, regular excercise such as jogging would be a very good thing to do. It would also be a good idea to eat healthy and drink water regularly (around 1.5L per day).
- Look up your BMI. It is where your height and your weight is calculated to give you a number and then you can see from that what your ideal weight is. Just google BMI calculator.
- depends on your built. youll probably grow out of any xtra weight. three time a week at the gym is ok
- 66 Isnt really bad 45 Kgs to 68kgs Is Normally healthy for a girl between 14 and 15...
BMI calculators make no sense to me because there is no way of knowing how much is fat, How much is muscle and how much is bones... my mum always had a slightly high weight but she was most definitely never overweight and she has a large bone structure, Which made her weigh more, But some grls have very small bones which makes them wight less... So its good to just stay within those gereal weights... And Do remember If your inbetween 45 and 68 kgs your probably thin, dont feel bad about being a little over that - Your weight is not the right focus.
It is you fat to muscle ratio that will give you the figure to die for.
My daughter got into the gym and dropped 3 dress sizes but weighted 1 kg more that when she started.
The great thing about having more muscle is that your Basal Metabolic Rate increases, making it harder to put on body fat.
Win win hit the gym
