Guys, urgent Exercise help. 10 points assured...?

Guys, Im a 16 yo male. b4 3 days, I hd started a new regime of exercises, which consists of 5 km running on my elliptical and 100 crunches followed [25 - break - 25 - break - 25 - break - 25].
Q1. Now I am feeling a bad pain in my abs. Will it go away after consistent implementation of the regime of a few days, or should I reduce number of crunches or the distance?
Q2. I am about 30 kgs away from my recommended weight. I have to lose it in about 6 months... Will this regime work? And gimme some tips on other exercises and diet...
Please help... I''ve got 30 f***ing kgs to lose here... :(

This is impressive. You did not mention a diet tho. A diet is more important than anything you mentioned here. Make sure you cut down on carbs and load up on meats and vegetables. And drink LOADS of water. You will lose your 30 kgs if you keep doing this at least 3 times a week (for the abs, you can run every day) and keep up with the diet.

    2)if u wanna lose weight but dont hurt yourself a lot i got some tips that i figured through my long termed diet and that way u can eat more! 
    Drink a lot of water 
    DON''T eat any food for 3hours after u exercise 
    dont take cold showers after exercising tht will stop ur metabolism 
    eat a lot of vegetable and fruit before main food so u wont be hungry and u will eat less 
    2glasses of water after each meal 
    dont eat food for an hour before u sleep
