Yes I do workout I just don't know much about eating foods that don't make you gain
Recommanded Answer:
to be long term healthy. from the start you need to adopt this style
1. breakfast like a rich person
2. lunch like a mediocre person
3. dine like a poor person
but if u are over weight. like me. it took 5 months of making myself bored with all the food. all i had was fresh veges . boiled stuff. and mostly cornflakes. and i felt healthy. quick. and without a single day of jogging. lost 19kg.
im not joking :)
- What makes you fat is not exercising. If you dont like exercising then im sorry to burst your bubble but its the most effective way to lose weight. I do 40 mins cardio daily.
- To lose weight you need to burn more than you consume. Anyways maybe if you try eating 2 slices of brown toast ( crustless toast is less calories ) with a light spreading of butter if you have to for breakfast. Then for lunch either some soup or a sandwich with chicken/ham and some salad on top.And for dinner some meat with potato/pasta and veg. If you feel the need to snack through the day you should try some dry special k or some fruit. Depending on how well you have ate during the day maybe you could have 1 scoup of vanilla ice cream after dinner or a small chocolate so you are not craving junk food. Also try excersising more often could help too. Hope this helps
- Losing Weight comes from exercising. The energy needed to exercises comes from food.
Food:
Morning:
-Oat meal (Fiber)
-Eggs (protein)
-Coffee (Helps metabolism speed up)
Lunch:
-Chicken/turkey sandwich with w/ you want on it
-Water/juice juice (try to stay away from fructose stuff)
Dinner:
-Chicken/Fish/Red Meat
-Greens (Veggies)
-Rice/Potatoes
Any time foods:
-Nuts
-Fruit
-Grain bars
-water
Working out:
-Walk at least 20 minutes a day. (Walking to a car/around work or home does not count)
Hope that helps.
