How to Lose Weight Without Relying on Exercise

Recommended Answer:

Yes, if you can stick to it AND keep a healthy diet at the same time. Your diet is more important than exercise. So cut down on added sugar and fat. That means no sodas, candy, fast food, etc.Eat fresh veggies, fruits, wholegrains and white meat every day.Drink lots of water.Gradually, your exercise routine will start to become easier. When that happens, increase the amount :) Keep it challenging!Good luck with your weight loss.

  • Yeah you could a lot of weight through exercise but exercise only contributes to 20% of weight loss. The remaining 80% is what's eaten in the kitchen! Nutrition is key. Try eating less bread, pasta, rice and more veggies fruit and lean protein! No doubt you will become super skinny and super healthy by doing so! Snack on carrot sticks and have fruit salads for breakfast :) if you are to eat carbs eat wholemeal bread and brown rice since they provide energy slowly for longer periods of time. Also ask yourself if you are really hungry or bored, this helps a lot too!
  • You have to combine diet with exercise to be successful. The workout looks good now as for your diet aim for less than 200 carbs per day total and at least 100 grams of protein. Lowering your carbs to 150 grams and less than 200 will help you lose weight with your workout. Be sure to eat at least 100 protein grams a day and limit those carbs to 150 to no more than 200 grams.Be sure to eat at least 150 carbs because you do need this amount for energy but stay under 200.
  • Yes, but unless you're in really good shape you're not going to complete it.Do it every other day. :)
