How to successfully fast for a weekend? and good 0 calorie beverages/fruits?

My mom noticed my dieting so ive gained a couple pounds. I'm currently 5'8 and 108 pounds but i need to get down to 100 at the least by the beginning of the school year (august 26). So i plan on fasting this weekend, and spending the whole day at the library or at the record store so my mom doesnt notice me not eating and so im away from food. any other good tips or things to do that are time consuming that wont make me think about food? Thanks!

Not eating is a very unhealthy way to lose weight and I would not recommend it. Why do you need to reach 100 anyway? That seems really light for someone of your height. But if you really want to lose weight I would suggest making a diet of veggies, fruit and LEAN meat (natural turkey, chicken, or fish). Combine this with doing regular cardio exercises: running, biking, etc. You will actually lose weight faster, it's better for you, and you'll be in great shape!
