What workout and meals should I do?

I'm 15 and I want to start working out. I'm 173 and 5'1'' I try to usually get in at least 15 minutes of walking a day. What meals should I do for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I want to start going to a gym, so is there any public gym I can go to? What else can I do for weight loss? Thanks.
