Weight loss help please for a teen?

Ok so I need help with losing weight and please don't be rude to me I'm trying hard. I am a male, 13 y/o and I am 5'6" and weight 180 lb. I have been trying hard to cut out sweets, even though every second my family (all healthy) is trying to give me crap. I am also trying to cut out soda. I have every week day free and I need a work out schedule. Can anybody help me with this, maybe make me a schedule? Please! Any and all tips are appreciated!
