How to Lose Weight After Kids

Recommended Answer:

I would take a break from working out and taking diet pills. Consume the recommended amount of calories for your age, height, and weight and be sure to talk to your doctor if these feelings continue longer than a week. If it turns into the flu, you have to go to the doctor anyway, right? It never hurts to ask. Be sure to get plenty of sleep and feel better :)

Other Answers:

  • Not normal and you've donated before, so you know it' snot normal.
  • not eating, taking diet pill's, added with given blood, i would think you might have weakened your immune system, n a lil secret bout losing weight healthy, eat more not less, it takes calories to burn fat. so my advice would be to eat more, get off diet pill, and do less cardio, more workouts to build lean muscle, you will loss weight the healthy way. hope you feel better
