Why is my doctor telling me to lose a few pounds?

I'm 14 years old, 6'2" and 195 lbs, I have a six pack and I work out 4-5 days a week but my doctor said I should lose about 15 lbs, I'm not sure I have 15 pounds to lose! Why is she saying I need to lose weight?

How to Lose Weight Gain Muscle

Recommended Answer:

Because she's staring herself blind on BMI, and she worries about wear, and tear, on your skeleton. You're an athlete though, so your weight isn't that relevant when it comes down to that, because you have the muscle-pack to ease the pressure on your skeleton, if you were 195, with a lot of 'dead-weight' it could mean you have an unusually high pressure on your joints, when it's nearly all muscle though, there's hardly any dead-weight, so hardly any pressure on your joints, because your body-tension is much higher, than a regular person's.
