I NEED to lose 15-20 pounds in the next 3 months i'll do whatever it takes healthy or unhealthy i'm a dancer i have to be small and in shape

Don't do ANYTHING unhealthy! You won't feel good about yourself and guilty about how you lose the weight!! I'm a dancer myself and my dad used to be in the army. When soldiers got to "chubby" the drill sergeants put them on the "fat boy regimen" or, "the military diet". You're supposed to be on the diet for 3 days, eat normal for 4 days, and go on for 3 days again and repeat until you've lost the weight you need to. If you follow the diet exactly, you are supposed to lose up to 10 pounds (healthily) in 3 days. This diet is difficult because it requires A LOT of discipline and you will be very hungry!! But if you are serious about losing the weight it shouldn't be too bad to stick to it. After all, it is only 3 days right?! :) again, it's called the military diet.
