Will I lose weight if I continue to eat like this?

Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 orange, and green tea

Lunch: 1 packet of Quaker Instant Oatmeal (apples and cinnamon) mixed in with a little bit of Old Fashioned plain Quaker Oatmeal and about a cup of unsweetened Blue Diamond Almond Milk

Snack: Smoothie: 2 bananas, mangoes, strawberries and about a cup of Almond Milk

Dinner: Rice with chicken, steak or fish and some cooked veggies

Snack: 15-28 almonds

Other: 8 cups of water
1-2 cups of coffee with a little bit of Almond milk and 2 packets of Stevia per cup

I'm 22 years old, weigh 93 pounds and I am 4'11. My goal is to tone up and get a flatter belly.
