1. take deep breaths
2. start by 10-20 minutes of walking/jogging (outside or on treadmill or in one spot)
3. 10 crunches or sit ups
4. lunges
5. 20 push-ups (Don't force yourself to do lots. build your way up)

You can plan your own routine, do the routines about 5 days a week.

Avoid eating chips, pop (soda), ect. You can have them once and a while but not every day. Make sure your having a healthy breakfast. Get lot's of sleep, it's good to have 8-10 hours of sleep. Have nice long baths in the mornings on weekends, it will help you wake up and get your day going.
