Get a solid nutrition base first or else you will never lose weight. Try downloading a calorie counting app. It will tell you how much you need to eat in order to lose weight safely.Get on a schedule and have a designated workout time. Some famous people lose weight quickly by working out up to three hours a day. And that's not just fluffy stuff, it's intense. For abs try sit ups and crunches. These will hurt like hell at first but it will get better. And once you're used to them try some planks and the superman crunch. Anything that keeps your abs engaged is good.Invest in a gym pass and you can to leg presses for your thighs. Squats with drum bells are also a good choice. Take a couple of fitness classes and learn what works for you.Back to nutrition.Look up a food guide. It will tell you how many servings of each food group a day you will need to incorporate into your daily food intake. Most importantly, you need to stay away from empty calories. Empty calories are foods with little or no nutrition value. These are things like cake, chocolate bars, pop, and processed juices. If ou still are struggling you can do what I've been doing. Drink a protein shake every two hours. It can also very depending how hungry or full you are, but around every two hour marker is good. And you can choose to have one healthy meal a day. I have lost nine pounds this month this way.I hope you reach your goal safely and healthily. About 2-4 pounds of fat loss a week is safe. you cant always rely on a scale. you need to rely on bmi. a scale has many variables depending on water retention and what time you weighed. For best results weigh yourself in the morning before you eat and after you use the... Ugh...toilet.Good for you that you are willing to try. Good luck :)

You seem to have a fatigue problem. Perhaps the energy vitamin B12 can help or a vitamin B complex. Coenzyme Q10 can also help to boost your energy level as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22coenzyme+q10+for+energy%22&fr=ush-ans The super food Spirulina is another good energy booster. One of the most common fatigue causes is anxiety, which is known to effect 40 million U.S. adults each year. Anxiety is a state of fear of real or imagined danger, which is manifested as increased heart rate, trembling, panic, weakness, extreme fatigue and stomach or intestinal discomfort. Anxiety disorders make up the largest mental illness diagnosis in the U.S. Besides anxiety there are many other common fatigue causes such as insufficient sleep, too much sleep, under eating, thyroid problems or other illnesses (such as anemia, mononucleosis, CFS, glandular fever and many others), side effects from medication, dehydration, overexertion, an unhealthy diet and other causes as discussed in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22common+fatigue+causes%22&fr=ush-ans

Really, easy does it, if you need help with bills etc. Ask your spouse kindly, if they don't, ask the doctor where to turn to kindly...etc etc...as for those BS meds...been through them all...lamictal was the only one I tolerated.. Breast are simply the "carrying case" of mammary glands. Mammary glands are, in virtually all not-pregnant women, the same size. So, the remaining part of the breast is simply adipose (FAT) tissue.Jogging and running are THE BEST ways to use fat in exercise. The more you run, the more your body uses its stores of fat. When you think of small breasted athletes, runners have the smallest breasts. But, consider that they are running 8 to 10 miles per day (and sometimes more). Swimming is, for most, too difficult and they cannot exercise hard enough to lose significant amounts of fat. Gymnasts always have small breasts, too. But, that has a lot to do with them starting their careers before becoming world class athletes and by then they are exercising so hard that their breasts simply don't develop until after they stop exercising (note the SPELLING OF EXERCISE). While exercising, you should maintain a heart rate that is 20% to 80% of your maximum. To determine your maximum (let's make this easy by saying you are 20 instead of 19), simply subtract your age from 220 and multiply by 60% (.6) and 80% (.8). So, 220 -20 = 200, your maximum heart rate. 200 x .6 = 120 and 200 x .8 = 160. So, your exercising heart rate should be from 120 to 160 for 40 to 60 minutes per day, five to 6 days per week. Both males and females produce male hormones and female hormones. Men produce a lot more male hormone than do females and a lot less female hormone than do women (and, of course the reverse is true, too). One of the affects of the male hormone (testosterone) is a reduction in body fat. THAT is why males are usually leaner than females. HOWEVER, no matter your gender, when you exercise the levels of testosterone increase. So, if a female exercises heavily, she produces more testosterone and her body's fat stores, including fat in the breasts, reduce. Two other considerations you should make are to watch your diet and to lift weights. Your diet should be primarily plants. Avoid packaged foods, fast foods, junk foods and all sweeteners (sugars and artificial) except for honey. If it ends in "-ose", do not eat it EXCEPT for cellulose. Eat more foods produced without herbicides and pesticides (organic). You should lift weights in a fashion called "circuit training" three days per week.If you get out of breath easily, it has nothing to do with having large breasts, it has to do with your level of conditioning. So, just give yourself some time (3 to 4 weeks) and if you exercise DAILY you'll start to notice improvements in your conditioning and you'll not run out of breath as easily. One last consideration, and this should only be done as a last resort, is breast reduction surgery. Keep in mind that breast reduction surgery, like any surgery, carries a risk of damage or even death to the patient.

Why are big breasts considered so sexy, when only fat women have them?

What I mean to say is, if fat women are looked at as being ugly, unsexy, and disgusting, why are big breasts considered super sexy? Only fat women have big breasts (like Aretha Franklin), and skinny or athletic girls have small breasts (like women in the Olympics). I used to be fat with big breasts, and then I decided to get fit and healthy. And then when I lost all the weight, my breasts were small. Why is our country obsessed with weight loss if big breasts are considered the prime sexual attraction? It doesn't make any sense.

not all girls with big boobs are fat, MOST guys like girls who are thin(ish) with big(ish) boobs ( fact)..theres lots of girls like that. men like boobs, plain and simple, to some bigger is better, to others it doesn't really matter as long as they are there.. i have learned to get over it, no need to obsess over my boobs, i'll let someone else do that.

Other Answers:

  • Hey, I'm skinny and I have size B breasts. I feel you, completely. There are some girls though, that have all their fat in their breasts instead of in their butts or thighs. Some guys like smaller boobs. As long as you're nice and have a decent/clean-cut appearance.

What is a good way to lose weight fast ?

I'm 18 yrs old and I weigh 213 pounds. I really want to lose weight before school starts on September 8th. I want to be at least 160 by that time, but I dont know if it is humanly possible. I'm tired of being the fat girl and I'm tired of not being able to wear what I want to wear because of how people look at me and what they say. I once wore shorts to school on a really hot day and this boy said to me "Eww b*tch you need to go to the f*cking gym". It hurt me so bad and I just went in the bathroom and cried. I just want to leave everyone with their mouths hanging open when they see me.

NOTHING seems to work in helping me lose weight...I''m so discouraged, and hungry. What do I do?

I''ve tried SO MANY different things to lose weight. All kinds of diet plans, workout plans, cardio exercises, interval training, strength training, bikram yoga...everything. Nothing seems to work.

I''ve done all my homework on weight loss. I know about the whole BMR, calories in vs calories mechanism, everything. I give all my friends advice for weight loss because they know I''m so knowledgeable about it by now. I''ve been trying hard to lose weight since October and nothing has worked.

It breaks my heart. I''ve never been this way, I feel like it''s not me. I''m not overweight, but hardly. I''m 17 years old, 5''3'' tall and I''m just over 57kg or 126lbs. I gained almost 9 kilos (20lbs) over a six-month period despite trying hard to lose weight (eating at a caloric deficit and exercising). In fact, it''s odd because I gave myself a break recently, and my weight has stabilized.

I''m not gaining anymore but I just can''t lose weight. I''ve NEVER been like this. My entire life, I always ate as I pleased and was always quite thin. My maximum weight before this, ever, was 52kg (115lbs), and that was when I went to Hawaii for winter break and spent two weeks stuffing my face with high-calorie foods and laying in the sun all day.

I''m so discouraged. I don''t know what to do anymore. All of my friends lose weight so effortlessly, and I''ve been working my butt off and depriving myself of food (god I love food) and it hasn''t helped at all. It''s been four days now since I''ve gotten so upset, I''ve been starving myself. I haven''t eaten a single solid food this whole time. All I have is water and occasionally soup. I can''t even stand to look at myself in the mirror, or be seen in all my short shorts and dresses that I always loved to wear before. I can''t stand getting my picture taken.

This has made me depressed, and I hate it. And I feel like it''s getting worse everyday.

What do I do? :(
Thanks for your answers. And, there''s a couple of things I know aren''t the problem.

1) Thyroid and hormonal imbalances. I got checked for those, and everything''s normal.
2) Eating too little - Until now at least, I was not by any means eating little enough to put my body into starvation mode. I never ate below 1300 or 1400 calories in any day.
3) Things like polycystic ovarian syndrome or diabetes/high blood sugar...I got checked for those too.

sounds more emotional issue here than weight. The more you ''feel'' you are overweight the more it sticks. Quite frankly you aren''t really overweight..you dont'' like the way you look perhaps and maybe you could be more ''fit''. Time to start liking yourself again and stop beating yourself up. Hormones and even your thyroid could be some of the issue here...so maybe a basic blood test at your doctors. In the meantime - I''d concentrate on eating healthy...and getting ''fit''. Muscle is much more sexy than being flabby...which I''m sure you are not...but still - having curves from muscle is attractive while still having a little meat on your bones. Time to adjust to where you are at the moment instead of complaining about it all the time. Try and retrain your thinking process to ''i want to be and look healthy'' instead of worrying so much about the weight. How about just focusing on some general things in your life that you enjoy or like instead of what you don''t? Also too little calorie intake can cause the body to go into starvation mode, and will try to hold on to weight...so again, trying healthier foods while still eating enough will help in long run.

  • You can not change your body type.
Superman will never be as thin as Spider-Man no matter how he diets, and Spidey can never bulk up to Superman''s level.

But you can be the best of your body type.

When you say you are hungry, you have to understand there are two types of hunger.
People fail by using the wrong method to sate their hunger.

Are you hungry for anything...or hungry for ONE specific item?

If you just need to eat something: eat a salad...LOTSA salad.
    It will fill you up

but if you are dying for a chocolate bar....eat a salad
    FOLLOWED by a fun-sized bar.

Chocolate will be the last thing you taste,,,,and you''re full

Hope this helped...wish I could have cut and pasted it (this was a lot of typing)
  • You won''t want to agree with me, but you are eating too much milk, cheese and meat. Non-fat milk and grilled chicken are things that people think are healthy but are super unhealthy.

You must eats loads of fresh fruits and veggies, and get lots of sleep, and excercise first thing in the morning.

Nothing is wrong with your body, your diet just has too much meat, milke and cheese, and not enough fresh fruits and vegetables.

Tips for my diet please help me?

Harvard Research Reveals Ultimate Weight Loss Benefits - 10 Steps to Lose Weight Forever!

I would suggest not dieting in that way. Yes, a caloric deficit is how you lose weight. But you don''t want to create the deficit by starving your body. You want to meet your basal metabolic rate for your body (you can find b.m.r. calculators online) and create the caloric deficit through exercise. You will lose weight with what you are doing but as soon as you end the diet it will all come back. Plus you are messing with all kinds of bodily processes and hormone levels. Losing weight by creating the deficit through exercise and not starvation is more permanent. I am 6 foot 2 and 190 pounds and my basal metabolic rate is around 3500 calories a day so I imagine your 1200 calorie diet is not good for your body in the long run.

  • Depending how old u are. If lets say you are still going through purbety, you lose weight very rapidly most probably result is shown after one month or so.
  • this might help abit:

drink your weight in water this will all process out along with exes fat
exercise 30 mins to an hour a day (try cycling, swimmmign jogging)
cut out ALL oiley and fatty foods (I am sure you already knew this)
and if you have a dog (or can get one) walk it mabey every 3/4 hours cause your dog will get exercise and so will you (I have burned off a lot of fat this way)

    hope this will help

Why should I go to the gym?

I kinda wanna go to the gym but I don''t think I have any reason to. I''m almost 5''8", and I weigh only 131 lbs. I barely ever gain weight! When I do it goes to my hips and butt but I''m kinda happy with my weight. I wouldn''t even mind gaining a few more pounds. Everytime I tell someone I''m gonna go to the gym they say "for what??!" So why should I go?

Why Losing Weight Fast is Bad!

Recommended Answer:
Let me give you a reason to visit your gym. You will gain and maintain weight better. If you need another, it will help you perform in your sport better. If you need a third, it will help you gain the mass where you want it to gain compared to fat. I think you sort of get the point I''m driving. I understand that the majority thinks that going to the gym burns a lot of calories and it is true, but it will also help you to build muscles which incidentally helps you to gain weight. The key thing to take note before you visit your gym is to eat a high calorie diet first, sleep well daily and find the workout that best suits your need.

Let us start by talking about what constitutes a high calorie diet. The main thing involved is to eat a lot of carbohydrates rather than increasing your fat and protein intake during your 3 meals. Increasing your carbohydrate intake will enable your body to use the energy more efficiently rather than rely on breaking down muscles and burning fat to get you the energy you need. You will get your protein and your fat from my next diet tip which is to drink 500ml of milk in between your meals. Start with 500ml first and increase it every week until you have gained a pound or two of fat. Once you are there, you can start maintaining the amount of milk you drink and focus on the other two things which is sleep and workout.

Next, we will touch on the easiest thing to do of all in my opinion and that is to sleep. People who struggle to get enough sleep daily will find that they will not gain muscle mass and contrary, will lose weight. If you are looking to gain weight I highly suggest you to do this experiment first to know just how much sleep you need. Start by going to sleep by yourself without the influence of alcohol, sleeping pills or what nots to make you sleepy. Sleep through the night and wake up by yourself in the morning. If you can achieve this without any distractions or any drugs or alcohol, you just have to keep repeating the same amount of hours everyday. Simple.

Lastly, so many people find it hard to gain muscle mass and weight just because they do the wrong workout or jump from one workout to another before exhaustively utilize what is planned out. If you are starting out to gain weight or muscle mass I strongly encourage you to download the program off http://gohforth.com. That program has not only worked for me for years, but is also something I teach my paid clients.

  • Question is, why not?
  • why not go to the gym exercise is good for you i''d go to the gym if i could but i have rheumatoid arthritis and i can''t because exercise makes it worse

What kind of diet am I following?

So, I recently started a diet suggested to me by my doctor, but she didn't really give me much detail about what the purpose is and how it works (scientifically speaking). My doctor was very ambiguous about it and assumed I just knew what I was supposed to do. What I would like to know is what I can eat, what I shouldn't eat, etc. Is this a gluten free diet? I'm limited by a budget, I am overweight and this is the first time I actually follow a strict diet. Any other suggestion are more than welcome as long as they're healthy and justified. Basically the diet consists of the following rules:
-Don't eat bread, pasta, rice or sugar
-Don't drink regular or diet soda.
-Don't eat fried foods
-Only eat fruits in the morning.
-Last meal should be no later than 6pm
-Drink ~half a gallon of water a day.

Quickest Way to Lose Weight - How Lose Weight Quickly

Recommanded Answer:
This is a simple, ordinary, healthy no-name diet. Seriously. It's how most people should eat depending on genetics and geographical location. An Eskimo couldn't be healthy eating the diet of someone who lives in a tropical area.

The only exception you might make to the general guide you were given is sprouted whole grains which digest differently than non sprouted and is ok for some who have minor gluten sensitivity. If you're supposed to be on a gluten free diet, you can check out recipes and suggestions at www.celiac.org For gluten free, try buckwheat! Awesomely yummy AND healthy! Especially buckwheat pancakes.

I would also suggest reading labels to avoid anything with the word "hydrogenated" since those are trans fats and are included an ingredient in all kinds of food products.

  • Water and bodybuilding go hand in hand. Drinking plenty of water is absolutely essential when following a bodybuilding method. This is because when exercising, they not only sweat a lot, but the muscles lose some of their water as well. You need to drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated. Since the body is about 80% water, it can become stressed quickly if the water level is not replenished. You can live without food, but you cannot live without water. In order for all the body processes to happen, water is the key ingredient for breaking down protein in to amino acids and enabling your body to make use of the nutrients from the food.
