Breast are simply the "carrying case" of mammary glands. Mammary glands are, in virtually all not-pregnant women, the same size. So, the remaining part of the breast is simply adipose (FAT) tissue.Jogging and running are THE BEST ways to use fat in exercise. The more you run, the more your body uses its stores of fat. When you think of small breasted athletes, runners have the smallest breasts. But, consider that they are running 8 to 10 miles per day (and sometimes more). Swimming is, for most, too difficult and they cannot exercise hard enough to lose significant amounts of fat. Gymnasts always have small breasts, too. But, that has a lot to do with them starting their careers before becoming world class athletes and by then they are exercising so hard that their breasts simply don't develop until after they stop exercising (note the SPELLING OF EXERCISE). While exercising, you should maintain a heart rate that is 20% to 80% of your maximum. To determine your maximum (let's make this easy by saying you are 20 instead of 19), simply subtract your age from 220 and multiply by 60% (.6) and 80% (.8). So, 220 -20 = 200, your maximum heart rate. 200 x .6 = 120 and 200 x .8 = 160. So, your exercising heart rate should be from 120 to 160 for 40 to 60 minutes per day, five to 6 days per week. Both males and females produce male hormones and female hormones. Men produce a lot more male hormone than do females and a lot less female hormone than do women (and, of course the reverse is true, too). One of the affects of the male hormone (testosterone) is a reduction in body fat. THAT is why males are usually leaner than females. HOWEVER, no matter your gender, when you exercise the levels of testosterone increase. So, if a female exercises heavily, she produces more testosterone and her body's fat stores, including fat in the breasts, reduce. Two other considerations you should make are to watch your diet and to lift weights. Your diet should be primarily plants. Avoid packaged foods, fast foods, junk foods and all sweeteners (sugars and artificial) except for honey. If it ends in "-ose", do not eat it EXCEPT for cellulose. Eat more foods produced without herbicides and pesticides (organic). You should lift weights in a fashion called "circuit training" three days per week.If you get out of breath easily, it has nothing to do with having large breasts, it has to do with your level of conditioning. So, just give yourself some time (3 to 4 weeks) and if you exercise DAILY you'll start to notice improvements in your conditioning and you'll not run out of breath as easily. One last consideration, and this should only be done as a last resort, is breast reduction surgery. Keep in mind that breast reduction surgery, like any surgery, carries a risk of damage or even death to the patient.Anyone know of any exersizes that can reduce the sizes of breast?
