Tips for my diet please help me?

I would suggest not dieting in that way. Yes, a caloric deficit is how you lose weight. But you don''t want to create the deficit by starving your body. You want to meet your basal metabolic rate for your body (you can find b.m.r. calculators online) and create the caloric deficit through exercise. You will lose weight with what you are doing but as soon as you end the diet it will all come back. Plus you are messing with all kinds of bodily processes and hormone levels. Losing weight by creating the deficit through exercise and not starvation is more permanent. I am 6 foot 2 and 190 pounds and my basal metabolic rate is around 3500 calories a day so I imagine your 1200 calorie diet is not good for your body in the long run.

  • Depending how old u are. If lets say you are still going through purbety, you lose weight very rapidly most probably result is shown after one month or so.
  • this might help abit:

    drink your weight in water this will all process out along with exes fat
    exercise 30 mins to an hour a day (try cycling,swimmmign jogging)
    cut out ALL oiley and fatty foods (I am sure you already knew this)
    and if you have a dog (or can get one) walk it mabey every 3/4 hours cause your dog will get exercise and so will you (I have burned off a lot of fat this way)
