How to Lose Weight Fast by Drinking Water

Recommended Answer:

No. Calorie counting is good, but keep in mind the difference simple carbs/sugars can cause your body to produce insulin, and that will make you store those sugar/simple carbs as fat (as well as stimulate appetite). Eating protein or fat (hopefully the 'good' fat) will be more filling, be more satiating, not cause an insulin response, and if you ever did any exercise, be beneficial (protein anyway). If you work-out or exercise, try doing it on an empty stomach (no food for two+ hours). Then afterwards, take in protein about 10 to 20 minutes later. That lets your body breakdown your older cells from exercise, and then the protein you give yourself will help your body rebuild its muscles (stronger and larger hopefully) to be ready for the next exercise lesson. That's how it works.Don't worry if you're a female and worried about being manly. That would take a hell of a lot of exercise that you would go way past losing any fat to come near. You'd just tone yourself to the max first.

  • No, doughnuts and junk contain a lot more fat then healthy foods.
  • Unless you're one of those blessed with a high metabolism and no weight gain, you'd gain weight. Junk food have alot more fat and sugar, less fiber or protein, more starchy carbs. Therefore the calories aren't the same as the calories in fruits, veggies, whole grain. If you're working out and eating mostly healthy, squeezing in something junky every now and then maybe once a week wouldn't hurt for maintaining that weight.

How can I focus on eating healthy? I always end up eating junk food?

Like 2 weeks ago, I told myself I was going to start eating healthy, and that day, I went to the grocery store, and I told my mom if I could buy healthy things. She said of course, so I bought some wheat pita bread, ham, swiss cheese, so I could make a sandwhiches of that(with lettuce and tomato which we had at home). I also got kiwi's and peach. But that's it! I don't know why, but I always don't know what to get that is healthy. I know what healthy food is, but I don't know, my head just gets empty at the store. and that feeling of wanting to eat healthy goes away after like 3 days. Then I start to eat like a use to and not drink a lot of water. Like a couple of hours ago, I made myself a greasy toasted sandwich, ate kettle cooked BBQ chips, and drank Pepsi. I felt guilty after that and like a fat blob.I'm 14(boy) and wanna lose weight.

How to Lose Weight Drastically

Eat things that have lower calories and taste good! All Yoplait yogurts (and I'm sure some others) are only 90 calories and taste good! Just look for the amount of calories. Usually I'd say the norm is between 120 - 210 calories. Like let's say you want to eat a Pop Tart for breakfast, which is about 220 calories. Only eat 1 and save the other for the next day. That way, you're getting what you want and only half the calories. (Get the fruit flavored ones). Everything has a serving size. I know that a serving size of Doritos is 11 chips. I've started working out to get more fit, not necessarily to lose weight (I'm 17, 5"2, and 108lbs), and I've been trying to cut back on bad foods as well. It's not horrible to have them, just limit how much of it you have. And drink a lot of water as well! Also, you can't lose weight on only eating healthy alone. You should also start working out. I know it's tough, trust me. But in the end, it'll be so worth it! And that's what I tell myself as I'm working out. Good luck!I also ate kind of badly today, but I feel a lot better now having worked out and now I'm eating a Yogurt and drinking water. Even though I put not so good things into my body, it's still great when you do put good things into it afterwards :)

  • Healthy food doesn't have to be things like fruit and veg... Pretty much anything that isn't junk food and doesn't have too much fat or sugar! Just try to eat healthier in general, and don't be too hard on yourself or else you won't be able to sustain it!! Have a goal, eg after 1 month of healthy eating you can do something special too celebrate, this doesn't mean you can't eat anything unhealthy during that time! It's good to have something as a treat every now and then. Just make some simple changes in your diet and you'll be right! If you wanna lose weight you could go for a run each night, too. Good luck :)
  • Try to keep the junk food out of your house- it is hard when you live with your parents, but try to get them to either stop buying it, but it in smaller quantities, or at least keep it out of your sight. It's great that you bought health food! I would recommend starting out more gradually- adding some fruit, veggies and water into your daily eating, and cutting out junk food that makes you feel bad. Don't get rid of all junk food together- you will slip up and binge on it, something that happens to everyone from time to time. I ate poorly today too, and feel guilty about it, but what you shouldn't do is beat yourself up about it, or give up on healthy eating for the rest of the day. Drink some water, and when you feel hungry again, have a healthy snack.

I want to start writing a journal but i find it kind of awkward, any tips on how to start?

Ok so i want to start a journal about just my life in general and my weight loss status. I'm a guy and it's hard for me to express my emotions. I have had a hard time with my family in general and can't express my feelings because i'm scared they will think i'm sort of a pussy (can't think of a better word). So i'm just asking for some general tips on how to start and how i should converse with my self and then move on and use those methods in real day to day situations.Thank you :)

  • Google Drive is easy to use as a journal or a diary.Use an online timer and set the time for a reasonable amount of timeand then make writing a journal or a diary a habit.Fifteen or twenty minutes each day is a good amount of time.
  • Just write down what you want to express, don't be afraid ,don't be shy. You may don't know how to write the journal for the beginning, but you will find it is easy after your insist. BTW, I have written journal for over 10 years , sometimes when my emotion was rich , I could wrote the journal for several pages , just like the words jumped out from my pen. So don't worry and good luck.

Do Not Force Yourself To Lose Weight Quickly If You Do Not Want To

Recommended Answer:
Our bodies tend to fluctuate weight on a daily basis . Best thing to do (if you have not done so already ) is to hop on a scale as soon as you wake up . Presuming you had stopped eating somewhat early in the evening the night before . So when you wake up in the morning you will have a clean system . Which will be your most accurate weight .

Also if you are not eating the right foods at the right time that could also be the issue. . Carbohydrates are things you need to be watchful of . For every 2.5 grams of carbs your body will sponge 1 ounce of liquid . I recommend only eating carbs while working out . Then when Inactive keep to Low carb/ no carb foods

  • maybe more muscle
  • idk your bmi or body fat percentage so I can''t be certain but you will start gaining muscle mass if doing proper exercise. but muscle is good weight
  • You might be gaining muscle mass. That isn''t a bad thing, it''s just that if your muscles are bigger and stronger and then you weigh more even if you are skinny.
  • You are gaining muscle, and there may be some water weight if you are slaking your thirst more during exercise
  • Be sure that you are drinking water but not too much of it. Don''t force water down your throat because your body will store that; you''ll also be having to go to the bathroom too much.

Be sure to take Vitamins, make sure you''re getting everything you need there.

Stretching helps too. It''s used as a Warm-Up and Cool-Down before and after a Work-Out. Keeps you from being sore and too tight in the muscles. Sometimes if you work out too much, your body will swell from the strain. You can pull a muscle if you don''t stretch enough.
