Do Not Force Yourself To Lose Weight Quickly If You Do Not Want To
Recommended Answer:
Our bodies tend to fluctuate weight on a daily basis . Best thing to do (if you have not done so already ) is to hop on a scale as soon as you wake up . Presuming you had stopped eating somewhat early in the evening the night before . So when you wake up in the morning you will have a clean system . Which will be your most accurate weight .
Also if you are not eating the right foods at the right time that could also be the issue. . Carbohydrates are things you need to be watchful of . For every 2.5 grams of carbs your body will sponge 1 ounce of liquid . I recommend only eating carbs while working out . Then when Inactive keep to Low carb/ no carb foods
- maybe more muscle
- idk your bmi or body fat percentage so I can''t be certain but you will start gaining muscle mass if doing proper exercise. but muscle is good weight
- You might be gaining muscle mass. That isn''t a bad thing, it''s just that if your muscles are bigger and stronger and then you weigh more even if you are skinny.
- You are gaining muscle, and there may be some water weight if you are slaking your thirst more during exercise
- Be sure that you are drinking water but not too much of it. Don''t force water down your throat because your body will store that; you''ll also be having to go to the bathroom too much.
Be sure to take Vitamins, make sure you''re getting everything you need there.
Stretching helps too. It''s used as a Warm-Up and Cool-Down before and after a Work-Out. Keeps you from being sore and too tight in the muscles. Sometimes if you work out too much, your body will swell from the strain. You can pull a muscle if you don''t stretch enough.
