How much weight can you lose from football?

So at the end of May I decided one day enough was enough. I'm 15, 5'10 and I currently weigh 224 pounds, however, back at the end of May I weighed 258 pounds. I bought a stationary bike and I dieted the entire summer and lost that weight. I got lazy though and didn't bike for about a month, but I started again Tuesday. Tomorrow football (american) starts and I'm just wondering, if I continue eating healthy like I am, how many calories should I expect to burn during practice? It's like from 2:30 to about 4:30 ish. Also, how much weight should I expect to lose and how fast? We do A LOT of conditioning. I joined last year but really over ate and didn't lose or gain until football ended, then I gained about 18 pounds until May. Thanks in advance! I would like to be nice looking by the time football ends in October (already in two pant sizes smaller (42 to 38) and a shirt size (XXL to XL) smaller for some shirts). I also lost about 8 inches (was at 48) around my waist give or take an inch.
