I watched this documetry out of boredum, and it inspired and motivated me very much. So I did this diet the discuss in the movie. i lost 10lbs in the first week, 10lbs in the seconds week, and after a month and a half I lost a total of 52lbs, and got down to 280. Now I am 5''4 weighing 155lbs and still going. I am not lying, I was one of those skeptics and there was even times where I felt like giving up. I was helpless and had no one to turn to. (: I want to share this with everyone because like most, I felt like I''ve tried everything and it just wasn''t working. No, INSANITY really works. I''m not gonna lie, it''s tough but worth it. The ONLY way to lose weight permanently is to learn to eat correctly. Eliminate ALL fast food, junk food, soda and sugary drinks from your diet. Instead, eat 5 small meals a day that consist of around 50% protein/30% carbs/20% fats and make sure that you are eating at least 1200 calories a day. Include a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily and start exercising. Start a combination of cardio and weight training for 5 to 6 days a week.
