How to Lose Weight in Just 4 Weeks

Recommended Answer:

If I were you I wouldn't even bother looking at the kills, because you have to remember that you're going to be getting smaller, but you're burning all the fat and replacing it with muscle, which takes up less room for the same amount of weight. Keep doing what your doing and you'll see the results, don't worry so much about losing wait, instead worry about losing fat.

Other Answers:

  • u will lose it in 4-6 weeksif u keep at it...an eat right...drink green tea...
  • You will lose weight very quickly... To quickly. What you doing is very dangerous bumping up that quickly, and your diet of less then 2000 calories is dangerous as well. If you continue on this exercise kick you will get hurt. First slow down 3 miles a day will be good enough to slim down while lifting weights. Second your diet should be 2000 calories a day, with a focus on vegetables and protein, not less the 2000. Third check your weight, losing 2lbs a week should be the MOST you lose and stay healthy. More then that can be a cause for worry. If you do as I just told you, you should slim down at a good pace and safe.

Why do people say things like this in here?

Why do they say things like, "You should be grateful people call you ugly and don't lie about it."It's nothing to be grateful for. I've tried with hairstyles, makeup, weight loss and nothing is working for me. Why should I be grateful for being constantly reminded of that. And please don't say "people hate you because you look unfriendly" because when I smile they just think I'm crazy for being ugly + happy.

How to Reduce Body Fat Without Losing Weight

I personally don't think anyone is ugly! We all just look different and people like different things in a person! Just because someone thinks something about you doesn't mean everyone else does too!

  • um honestly how many people have said you "you should be grateful for people calling you ugly" i have a hard time believing this is something anyone would be regularly told

The Problem With Losing Weight

Recommended Answer:
I would say you sound like a fairly healthy ''young man'' although your calorie intake is a little low i would increase by 800-1000 more aday depending on how active your days are.anything under 2000 and your likely to lose weight which is not good if your 12 stone and 6"1

  • You sound reasonably healthy to me.
It wouldn''t hurt to up you calorie intake to 1,500 - 2,000 calorie''s - since you are pretty active.

Healthy Ways To Lose Weight - The Easiest Ways To Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:
Here is what I would suggest:

1. Vary your caloric intake each day. For example, have 1500 one day, 1200 the next, 1700 the next, and so on. That way your body doesn''t adjust to the calorie level.

2. Vary the foods you eat. Eat a great variety of healthy food.

3. Vary your exercise routines. Don''t work out at the same time everyday. Sometimes work out in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon, sometimes twice a day, and sometimes skip a day.

4. Vary the types of exercise you do. Don''t do the same things everyday.

5. Include strength training/weight lifting as part of your exercise plan, but again don''t do the same things everyday,

6. Incorporate as many types of aerobic exercise as you can. Each day vary the time, the intensity, and the type of exercise as much as possible.

7. Eliminate ALL junk food, sodas, pop, sweets, fried foods, fast foods, fruit juices, and processed foods. Everyday eat a healthy diet of fruit, veggies, a few nuts, lean meat and fish, whole grain breads and cereals, low fat dairy products.

8. Consider sort of shocking your system by doing a one day or even a two day liquid diet. Keep it healthy. You can use some of those meal replacement shakes or drinks - Glucerna, Boost, Ensure, the Special K shakes, etc. Drink plenty of water and you can also include sugar free jello.

How To Lose Weight With Low Carb Diets

Recommended Answer:
There is a wealth of knowledge on the Internet. Your first mission should be to uncover it.

- Try to spend an hour everyday for an entire week searching everything you could possibly read on fat loss, nutrition, strength training, weight loss, healthy diets, weights for fat loss, bodybuilding nutrition for fat loss etc.

- Doing this will not only make you more informed, it will prove that you have the minimum required level of motivation to seriously lose weight.

- Filter out the garbage trying to get your money. There''s plenty of free help out there.

Your plan should be mostly replacing processed food, saturated fats and sugars with nutritious fresh food. How you train is upto you. I would encourage weight training to be mixed in.

  • watch the documentry on netflix called "Fat, sick, and nearly dead" the first 10 minutes is kinda boring, but once you get past it, it gets better. anyways, Im 6''1 and was 332 lbs, fairly muscular tho, but was too heavy overall. I watched this documetry out of boredum, and it inspired and motivated me very much. So I did this diet the discuss in the movie. i lost 10lbs in the first week, 10lbs in the seconds week, and after a month and a half I lost a total of 52lbs, and got down to 280. Still got some work to do, but this movie was very helpful. if you don''t have netflix, i believe they have it in 2 parts on youtube as well, or you can rent the dvd somewhere.
  • If your going to invest your time and money into something, put it towards "INSANITY". trust me when I say this. I was 15yrs old weighing my highest of 210.7lbs. My doctor told me I was a heart attack waiting to happen. I changed my diet COMPLETELY, and began my journey with insanity. I kid you not, within the first couple weeks-1month I saw crazy results. Now I am 5''4 weighing 155lbs and still going. I am not lying, I was one of those skeptics and there was even times where I felt like giving up. I was helpless and had no one to turn to. If only you seen my before an after pics. it''s crazy, I''m not stopping till I reach my goal of 125lbs. (: I want to share this with everyone because like most, I felt like I''ve tried everything and it just wasn''t working. No, INSANITY really works. I''m not gonna lie, it''s tough but worth it. Trust me!
  • I completely understand as I used to weigh 320 lbs. as of last June. I continue to lose weight but am now down to 243 lbs. with a goal of hitting 195 lbs. by the end of the year. (I am 6''1"). The ONLY way to lose weight permanently is to learn to eat correctly. Eliminate ALL fast food, junk food, soda and sugary drinks from your diet. Instead, eat 5 small meals a day that consist of around 50% protein/30% carbs/20% fats and make sure that you are eating at least 1200 calories a day. Include a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily and start exercising. Start a combination of cardio and weight training for 5 to 6 days a week. Nothing else will work, especially fad diets that can actually hurt you more than help you. I can help you if needed. See my Facebook page listed below.

One day of bad eating, so worried this will affect my weight loss?

You're supposed to have a break day every once in a while! The most successful dieters even have break days once a week! You're fine :) Maybe just the next day exercise a little longer to balance it out!

  • Nope. Just don't eat too much for the next few days and exercise a little bit more.
