I have a very clean diet. im very active, im in boxing, i weight train, and i do this program insanity. i lost 11 lbs so far. i want to lose about 9-13 more lbs. my goal is to get toned abs.Well at the end of the week i usually give myself one cheat day and tommarow i plan to have a movie night by myself and have a popcorn, 4 candy bars (2 recees, 2 poptarts, snickers, hersheys bar) Can i do this? I mean i did it last friday and went on to losing a good 3 lbs this week!

You can do it but it will slow down your progress. Keep this in mind: to maintain your body weight, you need 2000 calories a day. A pound of fat is 3500 calories.     I also do insanity, and it really is a great program, and if you want to loosen up once a week and eat what you spend all week losing, it is up to you.

    You may want to, every week you do this cheat meal, maybe cut down some of the unhealthy things you eat during this cheat meal. Until you get down to say 2 chocolate bars and a popcorn. If you are still losing weight and going to movies and having fun then keep going, just make sure you only do this once a week.
