I keep waking up every 2-4 hours every night for the past two months?

Every night, I would go to sleep early, or late, and still end up with the same result; waking up every two hours. This happened all of a sudden, and I wasn''t going through anything at the time to be stressed. I do have a few disorders that would contribute to the loss of sleep, but like I said, it''s never happened like this before. I''ve had some pretty stressful/emotional events happen, yet, I sleep perfectly. I would oversleep as well. Now, I can''t. I would try staying up all day, and go to sleep.. same result. I tried staying up more than 36 hours, same thing. Now, here''s the thing that I don''t fully understand; I can sleep from 6am to 8pm without waking up. From morning until night. Usually you can fix that by staying up all day until a certain time, then fall to sleep and stay asleep. Which usually set my schedule & worked for me. I was thinking I may have insomnia at best, but we never buy any sleep medication to help it, nor will my parents believe me. It frustrates me quite a bit, especially since sleeping used to be my getaway, to feel better when I''m down.
Please, if anybody could help me on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou. x

Why Don''t I Lose Weight?

Recommended Answer:
I used to wake up at 3am most mornings. It would annoy the hell out of me, so what i did was go to the gym. Go as late as you can, i go around 8.30-9.30, that way it physically exhausts your body and you sleep through the night. You need to do a big of running or weights (light or heavy) just make sure you feel pumped by the end of it, cause that usually means a good nights sleep. It may also be something in your diet or dehydration.. Which by going to the gym, you drink more water and get your body fitness up and are more inclined to eat healthier.. But dont try pills! Go natural first :D

Hope this helps somehow
