How can I lose weight without exercising?

Most people would suggest that one option for losing weight is to exercise, but I have noticed on my own body that exercising makes me bigger rather than be thinner. I am a 17-year-old male, I am not fat, but I''m think from the waist down, I have legs, thighs and a huge butt, something most people find sexy, but I find terrible. I have tried exercising to lose my butt, but as the muscle grows, I get big instead of getting thin (Which is where I want to get). Another option would be eating healthy, but I HATE vegetables and fruits. Is there anything to do to become thinner without exercising at all?

I''ve lost 92 pounds mostly by applying a diet. You can easily lose weight without exercising but your body won''t look as tight as an exercised body. That''s how mine is. I look pretty thin in my clothes but my body is not really tight and will have to exercise.

I also don''t like vegetables but what will you eat if you don''t eat them? Mostly carbonhydrates, and that would be harmful. Generally, eat protein and vegetables and some of carbonhydrates, you''ll be fine. And of course add a limit of calories.

If you think that exercising make you bigger, I think these exercises you are talking about are dumbbell exercises etc. According to my opinion, they will build muscle more than burning fat. So I might suggest you to walk. This will keep your body tight and burn fat without getting you bigger.
