Quick weight loss help?

I''m 14,5 foot 3 and 120 pounds. I am curvy but too much for me. Don''t say that I don''t need to worry about it. Don''t say regular excerise and a healthy diet. I have a class beach trip in a few months but I need to get thin before that so I can convince my mom to let me get my belly button pierced. I generally need some girl remedies and help!

Diet and excerise is definitely key. You can lose a lot of weight in a couple of months if you eat right.
Eat 6 small meals a day. Drink only water (no soft drink, tea, coffee). Cut carbs out of your diet. So no breads or pastas etc. Just protein and salads and fruit.
I lost 70 pounds doing this with no excerise.

    Train low intencity before breakfast

    Increase protein foods like meat, fish, eggs, etc.

    Take a cod liver oil supplement
    Run hills and climb stairs
    Increase your intensity each workout
    Eat leafy green vegetables
