7 Tips to Help You Lose Weight Now

Recommended Answer:
Same here but im 140 pounds and 5''3"
I have an open question about this that im waiting, i need help too. But here are some things i did to lose a few pounds:

- Dont eat after 6-7 oclock
- Brush your teeth as early as possible because fizzy pop and other unhealthy drinks will taste nasty and it will motivate/force you to drink water. Also water could taste minty due to your toothpaste- making you more willing to drink it- this alone will improve weight loss
- If you see a chocolate bar you want to buy make sure you get a single one rather than a duo, or if you want crisps get the smaller ones... Dont deprive yourself of food, just eat in moderation.
- The way i see it now every exercise counts. Even if you literally only do one sit up one press up and one crunch at least it''s something. Then daily increase the amount you do by one. So the next day you will do two of each.
- Search on youtube some workouts, but make sure you consult your doctor on it, to make sure your okay with any dieting plans and workouts. Make sure you stretch!
- Mentally prepare yourself, just keep saying to yourself over and over, "I love water" or " I really really like working out/exercising" or "I hate junk food so much" eventually youl believe yourself, not to the point that you dont like junk food, but rather if you had a choice between a snicker and an apple you will pick the healthy option

Those are just a few things that helped me, Good luck, i wish you all the best :)

What is the official CB1 weight gain pills site ?Will this help me gain weight?

First off i''m not an overly skinny person that really needs to gain weight, but I just want to know. Okay, I bought a gallon of Whole Milk the other day to see if I''d gain some extra weight. I work out (Power-lifting) and I just want to put on some more weight 10-12 pounds so I can bulk up a bit. Will this help? I''m sorry, for how I writ this question, i''m a bit tired and careless right now. Thanks a head, and please be respectful.

Why People Want to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:
If you are looking to put on 10-12 pounds, make sure that you try to bulk up by 2 pounds every month if you are looking for lean muscle mass. If not, I suggest looking to gain 1 pound every week by eating a high calorie diet, sleep well and do the right workout. Whole milk will help but powerlifting develops more power than size.

Diet is the fundamental key and usually the first thing most people who are skinny will stumble upon first. However, the usual habit of eating a lot in one sitting bares no reason. This is because in a skinny person''s body like yours, it is highly likely that the body will feel overwhelmed by the sudden influx of so many nutrients and your digestive system will simply push the excess down the line into excrement. The key is to use carbohydrates is because the body will not do that to this particular energy source. Also, it provides the body with energy that will last 3-4 hours and thus require less loading time compared to other energy sources. Also, eating things like potatoes, pasta, noodles, biscuits, bread and rice 6 times a day with an interval of 2-3 hours in between will ensure that at no time in the day your body is deprived from an energy source, thus allowing you to gain and maintain the weight you have. If preparing 6 meals a day is daunting, perhaps you can try drinking 500ml of milk in between your meal for a total of 3 times a day. Increase the amount of milk you drink by 100ml every week until you see a 1 pound weight gain on the scale. This is the magic number of calories you need in order to gain weight so make sure you maintain this diet.

The next thing to look into is also a lifestyle habit and it is sleeping. So many people neglect sleep and that is what separates the successful gainers from the not successful one. The key is not only to sleep enough but to also sleep well. This means no interruptions or waking up in the middle of the night. If you can achieve your usual regime of sleeping and waking up yourself every single day, you are definitely acing this factor very well. If time does not permit, simply do this on weekends and ensure that your weekdays are still filled with long rest at night.

The last thing most skinny people will never think about is exercising to gain weight. The misconception is that exercising will cause me to lose weight so why should I do it? This is because if you simply rely on a regime of sleep and diet, you will gain fat which will be lost when your calorie intake is lower or your sleeping pattern is compromise. This will lower your weight faster than you can say wait a minute. Also, there are too many workouts on the internet and books that promise gains but none actually works like http://gohforth.com. That is a workout dedicated to help skinny people to gain weight and I personally vouch for that.

  • provided you drink said milk, but sorry bro buying a galon of milk does not equal weight gain. drink that milk.

What am I doing wrong? gaining weight on diet?

I''ve been on it for a week and i''ve gained two pounds O.o
I cut out all sweets and crisps and avoided bread, cut down my portion size and added more walking into my daily routine. I''m going to add exercise in week two but I''m worried if i''ve got anything wrong with what i''m eating before I go onto that.

A lot of diets make people gain weight, like for you. So maybe instead, just base your foods on natural and non-processed foods such as fresh fruit, vegetables, and nuts.(without added ingredients) Also meats and whole grain labeled foods. (It''s okay to treat your self once in awhile) Try to avoid fast food too. For exercise, do cardio for 30 min. to an hour. Running really helps. You can also incorperate strength exercise too. You should exercise 5-6 times a week. For exercising with me, I like to push my self farther everytime so you can start with something you find not too difficult and build yourself higher and higher. My dad works out a lot and I know he gets a good workout because usually his whole shirt is drenched in sweat and he works to the point he feels like he can do no more. You don''t have to work as hard as him for a good workout, but you should try to get close. Just remember that if you are exercising, but still not eating correctly, you won''t see much progress so a good diet is always a key! Good luck!

  • get a diferent diets diets arent about cuting food its about eating right my mum started this diet for the first month or so she could only eat protein i dont know which book she sreading of the diet try finding a good book that other people reccomend

How can I lose weight without exercising?

Most people would suggest that one option for losing weight is to exercise, but I have noticed on my own body that exercising makes me bigger rather than be thinner. I am a 17-year-old male, I am not fat, but I''m think from the waist down, I have legs, thighs and a huge butt, something most people find sexy, but I find terrible. I have tried exercising to lose my butt, but as the muscle grows, I get big instead of getting thin (Which is where I want to get). Another option would be eating healthy, but I HATE vegetables and fruits. Is there anything to do to become thinner without exercising at all?

Best Way To Lose Weight

I''ve lost 92 pounds mostly by applying a diet. You can easily lose weight without exercising but your body won''t look as tight as an exercised body. That''s how mine is. I look pretty thin in my clothes but my body is not really tight and will have to exercise.

I also don''t like vegetables but what will you eat if you don''t eat them? Mostly carbonhydrates, and that would be harmful. Generally, eat protein and vegetables and some of carbonhydrates, you''ll be fine. And of course add a limit of calories.

If you think that exercising make you bigger, I think these exercises you are talking about are dumbbell exercises etc. According to my opinion, they will build muscle more than burning fat. So I might suggest you to walk. This will keep your body tight and burn fat without getting you bigger.

Hope this helps.

Fast Ways to Lose Weight and Keep it Off Forever!

There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management.
Exercise: Vigorous exercise trims fat, including visceral fat. It can also slow down the build-up of visceral fat that tends to happen over the years. Half an hour of vigorous aerobic exercise, done four times a week is ideal. Jog, if you''re already fit, or walk briskly at an incline on a treadmill if you''re not yet ready for jogging. Vigorous workouts on stationary bikes and elliptical or rowing machines are also effective. Moderate activity – raising your heart rate for 30 minutes at least three times per week – also helps. It slows down how much visceral fat you gain. But to torch visceral fat, your workouts may need to be stepped up. “Rake leaves, walk, garden, go to Zumba, play soccer with your kids. It doesn’t have to be in the gym,”
Diet: A fiber-rich diet may help. Hairston’s research shows that people who eat 10 grams of soluble fiber per day -- without any other diet changes -- build up less visceral fat over time than others. That’s as easy as eating two small apples, a cup of green peas, or a half-cup of pinto beans.
Sleep: People who got six to seven hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept five or fewer hours per night or eight or more hours per night.
Stress: It’s unavoidable, but what you do with your stress matters.

  • Eat reguraly and excercise. Go to the gym. Do cruches. Do push ups. Go for a mile run each day and eat too. This won''t just shrink your stomach, you''ll eventually become toned. This requires hard work and participation each and every day.
