Switching up my gym routine?

I normally use the treadmill everyday for an hour and I'll usually walk fast on 3.5-3.7 without an incline and then run for 20-30 mins (depending on what my asthma lets me run) on 5.0 without an incline and then the last 20 minutes I'll walk again on 3.5-3.7.
After that I use the machines and do my own pilates moves in an area of the gym and leave. I'm thinking of switching it up this time though because I've been doing this same exact routine for a while now almost everyday and my body is probably really used to it so I want to switch it up.
So my question is..what should I do instead? Should I do 30 minutes on the treadmill, some weights, back on the treadmill then pilates? Should I do treadmill, weights, elliptical, pilates? I don't know, I only find the treadmill to be the most effective for my body compared to the elliptical or any other machine. I'll probably do this new routine for 10 days and then switch it back up to lose weight more effectively.
Can someone help me figure out a good routine or should I just stay with the one I'm on now?

I always have so much trouble trying to come up with a routine and timing myself, or counting sets and reps so I find that it's easier to just do a workout video for exercise. I use p90x or insanity and I like both of them because the routines aren't the same. p90x you can pick what muscle groups you want to workout and insanity is split up by DVD's ( 60 days long) and the intensity increases each DVD. I like it because it takes like the least amount of time compared to going to the gym.I’m not a gym rat and my schedule is pretty tight so this was a good solution for me. You work out from home, so it cannot get more convenient than that. Could be an easy fix for wanting to switch up your routine!
