a 1500 calorie diet with 30 minutes of walking or jogging everyday can do wonders!
Swimming is also very good exercise and can be done while you're pregnant as long as you are supervised!

Ok been fat since I was little. The most I weighed before pregnancy was 230. I'm very small in frame. Small bones and I'm 4'11". I was going through poverty and making very little $. I would walk to work and hardly eat. I lost 10 lbs in 2 months. At 2 months pregnant I was still losing weight. Well my husband got a really good job so now I'm 8 months pregnant & my weight is now 250 exactly. What can I do now please help. I need a specific food regimen or a walking plan.
