It will take a few months before you start seeing changes. And don't be surprised if you actually gain weight for a little while, your body will retain more fluids to keep up with your exercise, it's completely normal. Just make sure you are keeping your routine very enjoyable, otherwise the brain won't allow the habit and you'll become another statistical drop-out. Take breaks whenever needed, and two days a week of rest. Think about the long term, you are still very young and at a great age to start a life-long pursuit of health and happiness. Just be patient and you'll be rewarded with so many benefits ( some you might not notice) like better sleep, energy, breathing, endurance, strength, moods, etc.) Keep up the good work! And have fun!

It sounds to me like you are probably putting on about as much muscle as you are losing weight. With that much exercise you may not have enough calories on your plate to keep your body at a high metabolic rate.
Try the 5:2 fast diet instead. Eat normally 5 days a week (2000 cals) but just eat 500 calories on 2 days a week. I would recommend you don't exercise heavily those 2 days.
Google for the fast diet. There's a lot of interest in it at the moment. I've lost 30 pounds in 22 weeks with it - without the extra exercise - but I'm doing a 4:3 diet, eating normally 4 days a week and fasting Mon, Weds and Fri. It has a lot of benefits beyond weight loss. My cholesterol has dropped a LOT and I feel much happier.
The great thing about the fast diet is that you still get to eat normal food - and you control when you diet rather than the diet controlling your life all the time. - Well assuming you only need 2000 calories a day, then your at a 700 calorie deficit. There are 3000 calories in a pound of fat, so in 4.25 days you'll lose a pound of fat. With vigorous and hard exercise maybe your at 2300 Make sure your eating enough protein, like 60 grams a day. There are some problems with this though. One if your eating more fiber you might have bloating/back up at first, causing you to gain feces. Also it's possible with your decrease in food, and increase in working out, you've consumed more water. It's easily to consume a couple pounds of water, since many people are dehydrated often. If that's the case then it might have 3 pounds of not fat, which means that you might have to wait 16 days to lose a pound.
This is fairly high calorie restriction, you need to be certain your getting enough fat, protein and vitamins if this is going to go for long term. Also exercise is best for weight control long term, not short term weight loss, so don't be disappointed when you don't see results fast. Many people who do exercise vigorously, will be less likely to eat as much junk food, and can help you from gaining weight. More important in the long term is continuing the exercise, and with less concern on calorie restriction. Think in the long term, not short term, and in a year, you'll see result, if your diligent. 115 calories a day, over a year is over 12 pounds. And a year will go by fast.
Also please don't go overboard on weight loss. Guys don't like stick figures. Fashion models are not hot, they are bony with no curves, no butt or boobs. They are basically living clothes racks, not sexy. Almost every guy will think your sexier at a bmi of 19, rather than 17 or 16. And of course you can be sexy at a bmi of 25 too. Guys care more about how you look with your clothes off, then your clothes on. Try to get a naturally feminine figure, not a skinny figure that looks like a preteen boy. - Can someone answer my question?
