How many calories should I eat to lose 20 pounds in a month

I need to know how many calories should i eat to lose 20 pounds in a month? I'm 5"11 and weigh 185 pounds :o last year i used to weigh 165 pounds so i gained pounds fast!! Oh and 2 years ago i used to weigh 210 pounds and i was about 5"10 i lost 50 pounds in half a year!!! i managed to pull off the weight and was in the best shape in my life!! so please don't tell me i cant do it or if its unhealthy...if you have an answer please comment (: if you are just going to tell that my goal is unhealthy and blab about starting slow please don't comment or else i will not pick your answer.

exercise is not a problem for me or extreme dieting I just need an answer. oh and im a guy
