How long until my body starts eating its own fat

165.1 pounds
200 cals or less a day
4 herbal diet pills a day (2 types, containing kelp, apple cider vinegar, b6, lecethin; white willow bark, caffeine.)
Water is the only liquid I consume.
Possibly starting interval training today on the treadmill.

When will my body FINALLY start to get rid of this ugly fat on my body? I've done this years ago and lost over 30 pounds. I'm not anorexic, I have control and will stop when I'm around 113 pounds.

Any other tips? Thank you.

Bad way to do it.

1. You can't get sufficient micronutrients on 200 kcal per day.

2. Your body is always using a mix of fat and carbohydrates (glycogen) as fuel, but it can't run on fat alone. It can't convert fat that fast. If you stop eating altogether (200 calories is pretty much the same as not eating), your body starts consuming muscles and organs as well as fat. Do it long enough, brain damage can result. Your brain only uses carbohydrate fuel, not fat.

3. You can't do any sort of effective exercise once you've run through your glycogen stores. Ask any cyclist about "bonk", which is what happens when you run out of fuel. When that happens 10 miles from home, it ain't pretty. Been there done that.

Attempting interval training while starving yourself will only accelerate the damage.

4. You CAN train your body to use fat as fuel more efficiently via endurance training (like cyclists, marathoners, triathletes), but you can't do endurance training while starving yourself

Reasonable calorie restriction, plus exercise resulting in 1-2 pounds per week weight loss is the safe, sane, and healthy way to do it.

I'm 14 I'm 5'5" and 116 I don't think you should be doing this I know it's your body but this is unhealthy you can loose weight by eating everyday meals but small portions less than. 200 calories your starving yourself "starve for perfection".
