How many calories should I eat

I am 5'6, female, 150 pounds 18 years old
I want to lose lots of fat, as fast as possible
I go to the gym 3 times a week for about an hour or two
usually 2 miles on treadmill and some weights and I go swimming(just for fun, not hardcore laps or anything)
Any recommendations are very appreciated!

If you want to lose weight, don't lose more than 25 lbs please because your weight is just fine already now. You're at a healthy weight. But if you want to lose A BIT of weight, eat healthy (veggies, fruits, berries, wholegrain products instead of white, lean meat like chicken breast or soy protein/tofu, low fat yogurts and so on). You exercise a lot so you should eat 1400 calories a day. Eat breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Try not to eat sugary products, they really can make you crave more sugar or more food. Except sometimes sugar is fine of course. :) Drink 2 liters of water a day. Drink plain green tea -> boosts up your metabolism -> you burn more calories.

This only if you want to lose weight but I don't think you should. Good luck. :)

    All you have to do is type in your age, height, gender, weight and exercise level and it'll tell you how many calories you need for maintenance, weight loss and extreme weight loss.

    And to prevent plateau-ing , it shows you a 7-day calorie cycle (in a zig -zag kinda style; like on wednesday you could eat 1972 calories, but then on thursday you'd only eat 1643 calories. :))
