How cani loose weight fast with the situations I'm in?

I'm a 14 year old kid weighing 282 pounds and I'm reply sick of it I want to make a dirastic change to be 150 pounds how long will it take and how can i do it? I have absolutely NO will power. And at my house majority of the food is junk and I can't stop eating. And this is causing problems now I'm very self conscious, and I do not socialize alot because I go in homeschool, however I have confirmation classes and I do not talk at all. I know I'm pathetic, that's why I'm asking how do I loose weight fast the the situations Im in?
