hi I am 15 years old and I weight almost 200lbs . I wanna lose 30 pounds in a month . I need some exercise that will help me lose weight . but I can't gain it back ! I need some exercises and advice thanks (:

Diet is probably the most important aspect of managing weight. THen you need to get active, really active. Join sport so exercise is fun badminton, soccer, softball, rugby. Swimming is great too. You will need to exercise HARD every day. Go to a gym and get a trainer to design an exercise program.Once you attain a healthy weight you need to balance diet and exercise to retain this weight. It is a lifetime long thing to keep working on.
