How can i lose weight?

Ill try i diet but i cant stick to it because its just not easy, i need to try something i can stick to, i really wanna lose weight but i get distracted and my family eats out a whole lot!

  • Forget the exercise. Just drink cabbage juice. Cabbage juice is really delicious once you get used to it. You will fart a lot and may lose friends but you will be thin and beautiful, when I was on the diet I had gas all day long, my grandmother told me my house smells like she was back in Poland.
