i was going to buy a weight gainer called mass tech with 1000 calories , 60 grams of proteins, 10 grams of creatine monohydrate , 10 grams of bcaas , 5 grams of glutamine , for 3 months , i was asking if i will lose all my gains of weight and muscle after i stop taking them but i will continue working out and if yes i will lose weight how to avoid that or not lose many weight ?
