How to make youself throw up?

So I've been trying to avoid all food but my parents always make me food and watch me eat so sadly I've been consuming around 800-900 calories a day when I'd like to be consuming around 100-200 calories a day! I exercise a lot but when i eat i need to get it out so how can i easily make myself throw up easily without my parents knowing? And btw I'm 13, 5' 1 and i weigh 104 POUNDS. UGH. So obviously i need to lose weight cuz everyone is skinnier than me and I'd like to lose weight within a couple weeks. I'm thinking maybe 15 pounds and I'd like to have a thigh gap. AND DON'T TELL ME HOW HORRIBLE IT IS TO MAKE MYSELF THROW UP. ONLY ANSWER IF U CAN ACTUALLY ANSWER THE QUESTION I ASKED. Thanks!

A simple way to make yourself throw up is to stick two fingers down your throat and then sort of tickle your throat. Now, I've answered you question but please I beg of you, don't do it.   • Just to let you know, i dont think this is very good but I will answer your question. 104 pounds is pretty normal for your age so i dont know why u wanna lose weight. If you really wanna throw up just try the finger down the throat and if that disgusts you than theres not really anything else except maybe eating somethin really nasty but that sounds like a worse alternative. Once again I do not suggest you doing this. There are plenty other healthy ways to lose weight. Just go for a run sometimes and eat healthier. Also 100-200 calories a day will make you very malnourished that is maybe enough for a small cat.

could take up to 20-30 minutes but 3 tbs of water and 16oz of warm water...this may not work streight away could take up to 20-30 minutes also doesn't work for everyone, if it doesn't work right away, do it again or go to the place ur goin to throw up and use te gagging method aswell

hope I've helped but trust me sweet, I'm 14 and have had anorexia nervosa for 1 an a half years now and it's not nice, thigh gaps aren't the fashion anymore and ur perfect and beautiful the way you are😘eat what you want and just be who you are😍don't forget to be happy all the time and smile as much as you can coz this will destroy you r life and u won't be able to smile for real much more😭you'll always feel like crap and end up really depressed and you will loose all of your friends...just kept all this in mind🔐love you no matter what

Ok I was going through the exact same thing I used to weigh the same amount as you and I despised my body and I asked the same questions. If you really wanna lose weight go on a strict vegan diet, meaning you restrict any food that is produced from animals. Chocolate, sweets and biscuits will be cut off and even though you could just not go and eat them it helped me to be an altogether vegan because then I believed psychologically, that it was just commitment to my diet. As girls we are all self conscious about our bodies, but over analyzing every tiny nonexistent role of fat isn't going to effect you as a person. If anything its going to make you feel worse....
We were all born into our bodies how they are, and I'm all for staying healthy getting good exercise and eating organic good food. What I'm not into is starving yourself of the important nutrients we as humans need. If the only reason your trying to lose weight is because other girls are skinnier than you, then one STOP comparing yourself to others, focus on yourself and you'll be happier. Second who cares if your friends thighs are what a centimeter smaller than yours, nobody is gonna come out with a fucking ruler and measure. People aren't as critical as you think....the only person who's critical is you.
Please don't spend your life agonizing over your appearance, you will never be as pretty as the model on Vogue....You know why? because that shit ain't real.
instead reflect on the beautiful things you love about yourself.
Trust me I have felt your pain, but just make it easier on yourself and let it go....
its not going to matter when your old and ugly. Own what you have now before its all gone.

I am a grown woman who as a teenager, I always thought I was fat. I look at pictures and just think about how good I actually looked. I have depression and anxiety disorders which i have struggled with for 30 years. Due to this, I have gained some weight. I have found that starving yourself only screws up your metabolim and makes it much harder to lose weight. There was a time when I thought about making myself sick to lose weight and then remembered how bad it messed up my brother-in-law. He lost a lot of weight by making himself throw up, but, he also lost control of his bowels and caused bladder issues. Every time I start to consider the idea of that method to lose weight, i think of my niece asking my sister why her daddy is making himself sick! Eat healthier and exercise and don't drink soda/pop.

I want to loose wait too i have been throwing out the meal my mum cooks me and been doing exrises so i think it healthy enough i either choose to eat breakfast or dinner and throw out the other im scared to throw up but im gonna try it today to see if does any good i want guys to like me like they like my sister because ahe is skinnier then me so im gonna do it

Ok. I'm recovering from severe bulimia. Don't make yourself throw up. I have been admitted to hospital where I had to be accompanied to the bathroom. They monitor what you eat and how much you weigh. It's litterally hell. I am on antidepressants to stop myself relapsing. I am still suicidal from being bullied for being too fat, then too skinny. I have attempted to kill myself three times because I was sick of having no control. It's really addictive and it physically and mentally fucks you up. The acid in vomit burns and weakens your throat and rots your teeth. It physically hurts to breathe. I wouldn't wish bulimia on anyone. It's painful and miserable. It doesn't make you pretty or mysterious. It makes you dead.
