How many calories do i need to maintain my weight and lose weight?

Im 16 years old, 5'10 and weigh 140lbs. I want to know how many calories i need to maintain my weight and how many calories i need to lose weight. I have a desk job all day long so i don't get out and exercise. I recently lost around 90lbs and i just want to keep my weight the same, possibly lose a little more weight, and not gain anything.
