Ok here we go, You should run 3-4 times a week, but who cares if your feeling sharpe get out there as much as you can, just don't injure yourself :/ Try to vary your distance but keep to a routine, so like every Monday run 4 miles at slow pace then Wednesday run 2 miles at a fast pace, Sunday try a big run 8 miles run/walk until you do it no stop :)There's no real technique to running unless it's competitive so work around your shoes, you say your flat footed. Check this because you'll need flat arch shoes to get a correct pronation, but if your not in fact flat footed this could hurt :/ buy what they call a motion control shoe (lots of support) until you fall to about 90kg then work your way into the other shoes avalible as your feet gain strength as well as your muscles :)Breathing is very complexed, don't worry about it too much do what's natural and what your body tells you too :) if you get serious about running read about it more, one simple thing about breathing is heavy breathing is bad as it releases oxegen you need to power your body, but don't kill yourself by not breathing obviously :)If your running to loose weight you'll see a huge difference without changing your diet but to speed things up and become a competitive runner then look up a diet plan that suits your body progress as it gains or losses weight :) Think we're done here good luck :) Running changed my life hope it does the same for you :)

  • we were born to run and we are all unique thus we all have unique running forms.concentrate only on running relaxed and comfortable, tall in your posture but loose in your arms and shoulders.run 30-40 minutes a day at a pace that's easy to hold a conversation at. 3-4 times a week is ideal, and after 4-6 weeks of this you will probably be able to increase the intensity and distance of at least one of these runs as your fitness improves.eat clean food always and your body will reward you for it.
