Is this an okay plan to lose weight?

So basically I eat between 1000-1300 calories every day, I get 8-9 hours sleep, I run a mile every day but breaks inbetween, I do leg exercises, 60 sit ups and gonna start jumping, I dont eat chocolate or candy and basically is this a good diet plan or should I change something
