i have a pool party/ reunion this sunday with all my friends and some other guys from other schools that are friends with them and i want to look slim, fast! i'm not that over weight i just want to get rid of my slight- love-handles.what i've been doing is simply eating healthy, and going on jogs when the weather cools down.what are some healthy, high in fiber foods? foods that will help lose weight faster?? how do you lose weight fast??
