Diet plan or tips to lose 45 lbs ?can i do it in a month or two ?

I am 15, i weigh 199 lbs and my height is 5"11 and 3 quarters..
My right weight is 154 lbs and that''s my goal . can i do it in a month ? any healthy diet plan/tips?
I heard that its not really healthy for children (-18 ) to diet.
