hey i am a 13 year old girl 5ft 1in and 140 pounds u do have a lot if muscle in my legs and arms but not my stomach in also size 8 in jeans :( !!!!
questions
1)how can i exercise to lose weight (i am very strong so challenging)
2) what can i eat that do not have many carbohydrates
3) how much weight will i lose if i use your advice?
